位置優越： 離Metro銀座線[田園町站]，步行約4分鐘。 往來上野&秋葉原&銀座，十分便利。 離都營淺草站(升降梯口)，步行約6分鐘。 往來羽田&成田皆為不錯的選擇。 公共區域： 交誼空間明亮寬敞。 最值得讚賞的是衛浴，洗澡隔間雖僅4間，少見的寬敞，令人沖洗一天的疲憊。 住宿空間： 膠囊大致分兩類，一般上下層膠囊，空間著實有壓迫感，但尚屬合理範圍。 室內冷氣極強，即使八月夏日，膠囊內不悶熱，甚至入睡時需要披上薄被。 高級膠囊，內部挑高約為一般膠囊兩倍，下方直接有行李置放空間， 算蠻不錯的設計。 缺點： 早上十點後櫃檯才有人，晚上十點即close，凌晨到店的旅客須注意。 洗衣機&烘衣機皆未進駐，有此方面需求的夥伴，亦須列入考量。

前台很熱心，預留的房間非常安靜，能看到漂亮的晴空塔，非常贊！ 成田機場可以直接坐火車到淺草寺站，然後走到酒店，有段距離但可以接受。 銀座線的出口離酒店特別近，這點很贊，去上野和銀座很方便。 房間不是太大，但一家三口住沒問題，兩個大箱子可以打開。我們沒有主動要求，也是每天都打掃衞生，換洗漱用品。 嘗試了一樓和二樓的兩種早餐，都挺好吃的。尤其二樓還有個可以講中文的姐姐，跟我們詳細講解怎麼搭配，蔬菜和麪包也可以隨便吃。 以後來東京，會繼續住！

ik ben voor een week geweest. bij het aankomen werd ik aangenaam ontvangen. mijn koffers werden voor mij al op de kamer gebracht. alles in de kamer was netjes, ze komen elke dag uw kamer kuisen en nieuwe lakens legen en handdoeken en nieuw gerief voor in de badkamer zoals een tandenborstel en scheermes. als je wou kon je in de morgen gratis koffie krijgen in de lobby, in de lobby kon je ook bevoordeeld u eten gaan opwarmen daar lag voor u dan ook bestel of stokjes, het hotel is ook zeer rustig s'avonds en zeer dicht bij het station en de metro. ook is er een bakkerij en een winkel naast het hotel. ook de prijs valt zeker goed mee voor wat je krijgt.

Very cool capsule hotel. Clean, great location, exactly as advertised. Shared bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Common room too. Staff were friendly/helpful. Provided luggage storage and umbrella for a rainy day.

This is an old fashioned hotel and has not been modernised. However, many aspects of old fashioned have advantages. We have stayed here regularly over the years, attracted by the hotel’s perfect location. It is a short walk to the Asakusa underground station and the Tobu line. It is also surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets. Sadly, the Covid epidemic has lead to some of the familiar faces at reception having disappeared, but those remaining and the new additions maintain the same friendliness and high level of service. The rooms in the main building are quite spacious, with ample room for our four cases. Two large double beds, good lighting, plenty of electrical points for charging cameras, laptops and other travel essentials. A good sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. Large TV and refrigerator. Good desk and side table with two chairs. Not everyone travels with an IPhone so telephones on the bedside table and in the bathroom, with outside connection were extremely welcome. Most of the hotels during our trip had no phones and the few that did were only for contact with reception. Ice machine, coin laundry and microwave available on third floor. Restaurant, with low cost breakfast on first floor and convenience store on the ground floor. The decor is a little dull, the carpets near the lift on the upper floors are somewhat stained, but the space and convenience are more than adequate compensation.

Although the hotel is not so big, the location is excellent. It is only 1- minute walk from Tawaramachi Metro Station and it is located at a hassle area. The staff are very nice. There are some amenities such as skin lotion, face wash up and spoon etc are free to use. Overall, it is good for a short stay.

The staffs at the frontdesk were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They always tried their best in answering my not so normal tourist questions of ”where can I buy specific things”. I had an issue with my flight and I had to make an operational call back to my country and they allowed me to use their phone to make the call. They also always greeted me with a smile when I came back to the hotel after being outside. Room size was fairly big but they had cut down the size of their bathroom for it which I didn't mind. Not very close to the subway stations but it is in the area of where everything is and where everybody goes in Asakusa.

I came here with my son , we had separate rooms , found the rooms to be small but extremely clean , the bedding is change daily .there tea making facilities in the room , also new toothbrushes , hair brushes. And all the towels you need.also shavers. I found it to be excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean And Spacious Serviced Apartment Hotel With Good Views Of The Sensoji Temple And Tokyo Skytree. Situated at a very convenient location (near Ueno station). Room is also spacious for Japan’s standard and clean. Check in and check out process was very fast as it is conducted via the use of machines. We were very lucky to be able to immediately checked into our room prior to the usual check in time as the room was ready. We were very glad about it! Service was quick as well when we requested for additional pillows. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! Will definitely return!

Super auberge, l’emplacement est très bien et bien desservie par le métro. Une ligne direct pour les deux aéroports est un gros plus, pas besoin de courir partout avec les valises. J’ai adoré le quartier d’asakusa on y trouve de tout avec le calme en plus. Le staff est vraiment génial et très prévoyant. On a eu des soucis au niveau de notre vol retour ils se sont pliés en 4 pour nous venir en aide et nous on même plus aidé que la compagnie elle même ! Si je pouvais mettre même plus que la note maximum je le ferais avec plaisir !!
