文華酒店的大門是非常隱蔽難找的，空調哪怕風開到最小也有嗡嗡聲，洗手間沒有任何 遮擋，衹能站在浴缸裏面沖涼，水會噴到浴缸外麪，馬桶是沒有蓋子的，刷牙洗臉的人是可以看到坐在馬桶上的人。早餐的時候哪怕有很多空位，也要耐心等待服務員，慢慢地安排，動作太慢。優點：西餅食物不錯，房間乾淨，景色優美，總的來說不值。早上6-9:00的37樓spa是免費的，酒店附近的街道櫻花爛漫非常美麗。，附近的三越和其他商場逛起來也很方便。早餐選擇沒有想象中的那麼豐富，不過也夠了。

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Very satisfied with the hotel. The location is convenient, very close to Ueno train station and subway station! In addition, the hotel has a hot spring bath, which can relieve fatigue! There is also ramen for supper at night!

I used Ueno Station Hostel Original 1 near Ueno Station while traveling to Tokyo, Japan last year. You can experience a Japanese hotel famous for its capsule hotel. There is a station right in front of it, so I recommend it to tourists who have to use public transportation. You can get off the subway late at night and enter the hostel safely. The inside of the hostel is really clean. You can see several employees cleaning up every morning. Discard them all and replace them with new pillows and blankets. I used the bathroom together but it was good to clean it up. I went on a trip in winter and walked around outside all day, so it was cold, but warm water came out of the bathroom, so it was good. There was a convenience store just downstairs, so when I was hungry at night, I could look back on my day of traveling by buying and eating food from the convenience store.

We stayed 5 nights in Standard Double room (Main building) on third floor. The hotel is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Ueno station, plenty of restaurant, cafes, shopping, convenient stores. Our room double bed on the side, with dressing table and 3 seated sofa, which give us plenty of room to sit and open the luggage. Bathroom with nice bathtub. We don't have heated toilet as it was not working, we try to call the front desk, leave a note on the bathroom door to the housekeeping, didn't get fixed during our 5 nights. Check in and front desk is located on 2nd floor, the public onsen, vending machines and smoking area is also on the same floor, not much privacy if you're wearing hotel robe and slipper for onsen or if you just want to have a smoke. If you are a light sleeper, please request the room on higher floor, it's very noisy on the street even after midnight and early morning because of the restaurants and bars, also we can hear the 2nd floor public onsen and water noise from our room in the middle of the night during our stay. Our booking included breakfast and due to covid 19, they don't served buffet, mainly served with japanese style and we can choose from rice or bread, they didn't change the menu and we have the same food every day, breakfast time is from 7am to 9am, my advise is there are plenty of cafes, not worth to pay top price for breakfast. Also the hotel have main building and annex building, and they are completely different place where annex building is around the corner on the side street. Centurion had several hotel in Ueno, make sure you have the correct address details. There is only one small lift (2 ppl with 2 luggage will fill the lift) for the whole hotel, we stayed during non peak season and quite often we were waiting some time for the lift, there was a note in the reception to encourage guests to use the stairs instead.

Stayed here for a week in March. Room size is standard Japanese Business Hotel, almost impossible to open your luggage in the room. Room amenities are great and clean. Location is good for commuting. 6 minutes away from KEISEI Ueno, 3 minutes away from JR Okachimachi and 1 minute away from Metro Ginza Line. Breakfast is a takeaway box.

Room is very comfortable, clean, wide, beautiful view. I got Full Score. Excepted the first day of check in , there is one of hair tuft on the carpet middle in the room and one piece of thatch on the edge of bathtub in the toilet, the reception offered me to change room but I am so tired and didnot to complain for changing but I hope the hotel to check over before open for the guest. 宿泊した上で、良かった点、気付いた点を記載します。 ■良かった点 （1）喫煙可能な客室であり、愛煙家にとっては助かりました。 （2）ファミマが目の前にあり、駅からも近いので、立地は最高でした。 （3）きれいなロビーまで備えたホテルでした。リーズナブルな宿泊料金でしたので、雑多な雰囲気をイメージしていましたが、予想に反してきれいなホテルでびっくりしました。 （4）バス用品（アメニティなど）も手抜きしておらず、とても良かったです。 ■気付いた点 特になし 宿泊料金を鑑みると、かなり満足できるホテルかと思います。もちろん、1泊何万もするようなシティホテルとは比較になりませんが、1泊数千円で宿泊できるビジネスホテルの中では満足度は高いホテルになるかと思います。

Disebabkan nak fly balik Tokyo, aku pilih hotel ni untuk dua malam. Perkhidmatan ini tiada apa-apa untuk dikatakan, sangat kos efektif. Ia juga sangat bersih. Saya akan memilih hotel ini apabila saya pergi ke Tokyo pada masa akan datang. Tapi yang tak puas hati, bantal tu keras sikit hahahaha. Newly renovated hotel, with separate bath and toilet for the twin room. Mood lights at bed top, not much space for movement but good enough for typical business hotel. Breakfast was pretty good too! Location very near Ueno Hirokoji train station, which is just one stop away from Ueno station. This station is important for me as I travel north with Shinkansen to Omiya in Saitama. Ueno also has Sakura festival during season.

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.
