文華酒店的大門是非常隱蔽難找的，空調哪怕風開到最小也有嗡嗡聲，洗手間沒有任何 遮擋，衹能站在浴缸裏面沖涼，水會噴到浴缸外麪，馬桶是沒有蓋子的，刷牙洗臉的人是可以看到坐在馬桶上的人。早餐的時候哪怕有很多空位，也要耐心等待服務員，慢慢地安排，動作太慢。優點：西餅食物不錯，房間乾淨，景色優美，總的來說不值。早上6-9:00的37樓spa是免費的，酒店附近的街道櫻花爛漫非常美麗。，附近的三越和其他商場逛起來也很方便。早餐選擇沒有想象中的那麼豐富，不過也夠了。

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Newly renovated hotel, with separate bath and toilet for the twin room. Mood lights at bed top, not much space for movement but good enough for typical business hotel. Breakfast was pretty good too! Location very near Ueno Hirokoji train station, which is just one stop away from Ueno station. This station is important for me as I travel north with Shinkansen to Omiya in Saitama. Ueno also has Sakura festival during season.

Located very close to Okachimachi station. There are plenty of restaurants and other stores around the area. There is a small cafe on the first floor and you can use microwave placed there. The room was clean but a bit old and walls were thin. I could hear the noise of the other guests.They provide basic amenities. The wifi was working fine. Would be the best place if you are a budget traveler and want to explore around Ueno.

Stayed here for a week in March. Room size is standard Japanese Business Hotel, almost impossible to open your luggage in the room. Room amenities are great and clean. Location is good for commuting. 6 minutes away from KEISEI Ueno, 3 minutes away from JR Okachimachi and 1 minute away from Metro Ginza Line. Breakfast is a takeaway box.

Disebabkan nak fly balik Tokyo, aku pilih hotel ni untuk dua malam. Perkhidmatan ini tiada apa-apa untuk dikatakan, sangat kos efektif. Ia juga sangat bersih. This is the perfect place to stay in Ueno, very near to Okachimachi JR station (400m) and Naka Okachimachi Metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel, walking around 100m underground. I love the place is really near halal food Toribushi Halal Ramen and Yakiniku Panga. The staff are very informative, they help me a lot by giving me infos on the train and nearby halal food, they have muslim staff working there. The hotel room size is normal size in Japan, but i think slightly bigger. We travel with 2 adults and 2 kids for 8 days and the 3 bed given fits us all nicely, the room comes with bath tub. And this hotel is very very very clean. O ya, they also have nice rooftop view. Very2 recommended

Panda themed hotel in a very convenient location in Ueno. It is just a few minutes away by foot to the subway lines, and it is a great place as your final hotel in Japan since the Keisei Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita) is nearby as well. Check-in was easy using a self-service kiosk with the guidance of staff. We were also given a panda themed tote bag which contained stickers and two file folders. In the hallway leading to the hotel rooms there were also edits of famous art pieces with pandas, and in the room, panda sheets, cushions and a huge plush. The hotel was refurbished just a few months back so everything was spotless. Would stay here again.

Is very convenient to local subway (2min walk) or JR train (10-15min walk). Staying there over 11 nites, front desk staffs & room cleaners are all very friendly & helpful. Walking distance to various shopping areas, animates streets, park & zoo. Many convenient stores around, 24hrs eatery. The only thing isn’t good is rooms too small, if couple or single is ok but friends in dual better get 2 single-beds room which is bigger (that’s what I upgraded for my 2 sons 3000¥ per nite). If coffee lovers, you have to prepare yourself coffee as they have complimentary green tea only.
