Hotel Tokyu Stay di Tokyo

Location was alright, about 12mins walk from the JR line although there are slightly nearer metro stations so take note if you have a number of luggages. I like that they have a machine + dryer within the room for you to do laundry. The kettle was abit rusty so we bought bottled water instead. The room was pretty small but that’s expected. It won’t be able to fit ＞1 large suitcase. Service was good, fuss free check in and out. Lots of shopping and food available nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

Ia memenuhi sepenuhnya keperluan saya apabila saya kembali ke hotel untuk mencuci dan tidur selepas berjalan di bandar di Tokyo. Ia sangat mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan dengan menaiki pelbagai laluan kereta api bawah tanah atau bas. Di tingkat bawah terdapat seisi keluarga dan semua jenis makanan yang lazat, jadi anda boleh makan dan minum pada bila-bila masa. Walaupun ia mengambil masa kira-kira 7 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari Stesen Shinjuku, ia agak menyusahkan untuk menolak beg pakaian apabila anda keluar di penghujung, tetapi segala-galanya adalah sempurna. Saya bercadang untuk tinggal di sini lain kali saya datang ke Tokyo. By the way, biji kopi percuma kat bawah tu okay, lepas ni kami kat Tokyo😀

First the positives and then a negative. Great location, about 15 min walk to bustling central Shinjuku. Family Marts etc., eateries all around and metro 2 min walk away. The area is perfect as it's quieter, even close to a lovely park and all amenities at your door. Besides needing a good dust and coffee marks wiped off the wall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is free coffee and toiletries in the reception area the included washing machine/dryer in the room was a huge plus. YOU WILL NOT GET EARLY ROOM ACCESS EVEN IF YOUR BAGS ARE WAITING IN YOUR ROOM. We arrived early morning knowing we would not be able to check in until the afternoon so staff stored our luggage as expected. When we arrived back at the hotel at about 1:30pm and our bags were nowhere to be found the receptionist informed us they had already been taken to our room as the room was ready. Excited about finally getting access to a shower and some rest after a long flight we anticipated this meant we would be able to enter the room. The receptionist then left to speak to who I imagine is a manager only to come back and tell us check in is at 3pm so we have to wait until then and if we wanted to access the room early it would cost 1,000 yen per person. I know check in stated 3pm but I found this to be exceptionally poor customer service. Seeing as our bags were already in the room it would have made absolutely no difference to the hotel for us to enter the room 1 1/2 hours early but instead the rigid rule left quite a very negative impression. We did end up getting access at 2:30pm only because an elderly Japanese gentleman wanted to check in at this time and they didn’t want to make him wait in the lobby. The negative experience is such a shame because had this not have occurred I would return on my next trip.

Excellent room, has many amenities and appliances (oven, washing machine) that I really needed. Bathroom is especially large and staff are very helpful and accommodating. A bit of a walk from the JR ticket exit but very close to the metro gates (marunouchi, fukutoshin). Very close to convenience stores and restaurants as well. Highly recommend staying here

Never knew that it was so useful to have a washing machine (with dryer function) in the room. Really helps to reduce the amount of clothes to bring to Japan, which means leaving more space for shopping! Located just right outside Tsukiji Market and 5 minutes walk from the metro station, love the location! Water pressure is great, it’s really relaxing after shopping the whole day.

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama untuk menonton permainan besbol profesional di Tokyo Dome. Ia berdekatan dengan Stesen Suidobashi, dan terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan, yang memudahkan. Kemudahan adalah minimum, tetapi saya akan menyukai sekurang-kurangnya kopi.

新橋駅から徒歩５分くらいの場所で虎ノ門や新橋に出るのも便利な場所だと思います。 スタッフも親切で、ホテルも清潔でした。 部屋は比較的高層階だったので景観もよく、空気清浄機も常備されていて使いやすかったです。 ドラム式洗濯機のある部屋だったので、長期滞在にも向いていると思います。 朝食は併設されているイタリアンレストランですが、地方のホテルの朝食バイキングと比べるとボリュームや種類が少し見劣りしました。 連泊だったのですが、近年のサステナブル志向ということでベッドメイクなどがないのは少し残念でした。 It's a convenient place to go to Toranomon and Shimbashi, about a 5-10minute walk from Shimbashi Station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the air cleaner was useful. It was a room with a drum-type washing machine, so I think it's suitable for long-term stays. Breakfast was an Italian restaurant next door, but the volume and variety were a little inferior to the breakfast buffet at other local area hotels. I stayed for several nights, but it was a little unsatisfied that there was no bed making due to the recent trend toward sustainability.

房間位置很好，在表參道青山附近的繁華街道，酒店樓下有個很小資的美食區。附近最近的地鐵有銀座線和半藏門線 房間很muji風，很乾凈，但就是非常小。我一個20寸行李箱剛剛好可以正常打開，再大一點的箱子可能就要開箱擁擠了。 酒店房間包含早餐，其實是給每個顧客一份預製冷凍餐食兑換券，可以選擇日式，或者西式兩種，包含了冷凍三文魚，微波速溶湯，牛奶等內容。 這個內容作為早餐有點勉強，但是作為一份疲憊回到房價後的夜宵真的是非常好了。這份餐食兑換時間：7am-21pm 前台的英文水平一般，但非常熱心，因為酒店有一面區域面對墓地，可以和他們提出，選擇面對樓宇的房間

Always liked staying at one of the Tokyu Stay outlets. All near train stations and having washer dryer units in the room is the best. Friendly hotel staff and having access to the concierge service is very useful when travelling w suitcases

Excellent for short night. Front desk at late night shift has fully services and communicated English. Room is so so , tiny as usual standard hotel room in Japan. TV program and wifi are terrible but its not big problem for take rest in few hrs. If no get discount and must to pay normal rate maybe Im looking for another hotels where offer the better amenities. Location isn't nearby Kamata station when go down but you can walk for 10mins. Recommend buy something or grab some food before check in because none of convenient stores are nearby the hotel. You must to walk back to the way along the station.Quiet zone for take rest and take short time to Haneda Airport.
