In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

新春佳節和家人去桐鄉遊玩，入住桐鄉振石大酒店，酒店雖然開業時間較舊但維護到位，而且當時的裝修用料就十分考究，從現在來看還是非常豪華有檔次。自駕停車方便，早餐雖然價格不高但也比較豐富，周邊餐飲出行都較為便捷，酒店服務人員也都較為熱情，非常值得體驗入住！

房間在米倉，烏村確實就是一個大村莊，現在就把米倉，酒巷這些看起來不像住處的地方改造成了房間。 米倉住宿有兩層，我在一層，好處就是有個小院，可以坐着喝茶，遠眺田間風光，應該算是很悠閑。，當然也可以想象夏天的蟲子們。 房間，其實不大，有些狹窄，可能是舊房改造的，所以隔音也一般，能夠感覺到樓上的動靜。門鎖也是很古老的鑰匙。冬天入住，有暖氣，這點很貼心，電視不能投屏，但是頻道也挺多的，西柵住宿統一的洗漱用具，有睡裙，還貼心的有小童牙刷。 烏村有兩家住宿，還有一個是稻舍，感覺稻舍整體更現代化，烏村大酒店就更原始。兩家酒店的早餐都在薔薇餐廳（具體名字記不清楚了），其實離得不遠。 早餐，看起來挺豐富的，但是感覺可選項不多，大家都在自發吃豆腐腦，胡辣湯什麼的，可能別的確實沒啥可吃的。西式沙拉，小童餐，各種小糕點還是很豐富的。 晚餐烏村的知青餐廳吃的，我媽媽覺得挺難吃的，雖然是很豐富，但是沒有什麼味道，也沒特色。春節去的，好像還衹有套餐。 聽買全包套票的，説可選的吃食也很少，第二天就點不想吃了。 西柵裏面，其實有不錯的餐廳，不如考慮去西柵或者出景區吃（裏面還是性價比太低）。 烏村和西柵，還有一點適合老年人和小朋友就是景區內瀏覽車挺多的，但是人多或者高峯期的時候排隊還挺讓人不舒服的。尤其是不同的車（比如，有的車衹在烏村裡麪行駛，有些西柵的車也不去烏村），站點不同，容易把遊客搞暈了。好在服務很好，各酒店都有人幫忙協調坐車問題。

給我們的是閣樓套房，房間挺大的，還有個按摩浴缸。但是格局很尷尬，一進門就是廁所，廁所沒有門，淋浴房有一麪沒有磨砂玻璃，洗澡的時候也挺尷尬😂 這些都還好，最煩的是隔壁裝修的...早上6點半就在敲敲打打，被敲醒來了，房間隔音效果也很差，隔壁關鎖的聲音都聽的一清二楚...還好前天睡得早不然我真會無語=_= 服務整體挺好，樓下是咖啡廳也能坐着休息，隔壁就是漢服租借的地方也很方便，除了上麪兩個問題，其他都挺滿意

位於田野間的獨棟別墅，位置比較偏僻，晚上六點半走到餐廳，路兩旁居然沒有開路燈，沿途還有一個很小的廟，打着手機電筒還是有些害怕的。吃完七點多回來終於亮燈了，感受好了一些。 別墅是兩居室，客廳和卧室都充滿了豐子愷先生的元素，裝修偏現在網紅的文藝簡約，還有一個特大的旋轉樓梯，娃爬上爬下很開心。 設施方面，沒有投影或者電視，因為位置的關係周圍沒有娛樂設施，就衹能刷手機了。雖然有一個茶台，但是沒有提供茶具和茶葉…二樓的浴缸是堵的，浴缸的龍頭放熱水也不太熱，準備了泡澡袋的我，最終衹能放棄了。 衛生方面，地毯好歹用下吸塵器吧，而且我覺得已經是該洗的程度。 服務方面，提前一天加了微信，確認了入住人數，四大一小，但是所有用品都衹是三大一小的，選了套餐二但是到了餐廳上了套餐一，微信想多要一個大人的用品，一直沒有送來，最後還得我老公去前台，然後前台說已經送到了，滿頭黑人問號。無效溝通的感覺emmm…

衞生：衞生做的不錯，整體都很乾凈 環境：酒店的風格是古色古香的類型，很符合烏鎮的氣息 服務：前台的小姐姐嘎嘎熱情，我們屋子一開始熱水有點小，打了電話很快就解決了 設施：這家店最驚喜的就是有護髮素！每次外面住，都要自己單獨帶護髮素，很麻煩，這點我真的很意外！
