Location is good which inside the water village but the only things need to beware was the staircase before check in counter. Shutter drop you at the side and you need to take own heavy luggage by staircase, then only you will see the check in counter inside. God blessed that we manage to get helper when check out.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

This is definitely the best hotel in the city. Its also huge, with two separate towers.

Nice hotel for business trips, with all the facilities, a comformtable room, a good location and a very nice breakfast. Totally recommendable!

The hair dryer is a Dyson. The toilet bowl+bidet is automatic. Every room has a Marshall. There’s a tree growing in the middle of my bathroom. And a sink that is just, too cool. Most importantly, owners who will help you with LITERALLY ANYTHING you need, including: - replanning your trip to make it more economical - teaching you how to purchase admission tickets at half-price - booking a driver to take you to Suzhou at market rate - making sure the (24-hour!) pool is ready for you to cool down and chill after a long day at Wuzhen Xizha You just need to ask. I don’t get better service at a Four Seasons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

如果不巧碰上雨天 體驗感很差。 室內很多項目的手工都很粗糙及敷衍。 很多收費項目。對於一價全包來説 不過如此。 補一個成人過節期間1080/人。但活動項目所給的材料包衹給一份。並不是多少人給多少份。 接駁車等候時間較長。對於雨天排隊等了十分鐘的來説 突然碰上突如其來的一波人插隊上車 門口工作人員也不阻攔 。 雨天收傘 在使用門口塑料袋時 工作人員並不會幫忙 只是裝沒看到。 需要改進的太多。作為主打親子的地方 需要去學習改進的太多了。 雨天想找個室內項目的地方 路上都沒有工作人員 好不容易找到一個打掃衞生的 問地方 告知不知道。總之就是撐着雨傘 到處找 也沒車 都是泥。 一價全包 新年期間 知青飯單不能點菜。平時是可以的。那麼薔薇餐廳的自助餐就真的沒啥可吃的 對於一價全包的價格來説 真的性價比極低。因為單買自助餐晚餐 住宿客人才169/人。 如果晴天 那烏村的大户外比較舒適愜意。

環境：酒店整體環境不錯。 設施：房間裏面設施可能舊一點，但還OK了。 服務：服務還不錯，一進酒店有幫忙拖行李。第一個房間有煙味，打電話到前台之後就迅速給換了一間。 衞生：還可以。 早餐：早餐其實挺好的，煎蛋玉米油條麻團春捲蒸餃饅頭髮糕，牛奶豆漿可樂西瓜哈密瓜什麼都有。就是我們時間匆忙沒來得及好好品嚐。

這次入住體驗真的非常棒！首先，衞生方面無可挑剔，房間和公共區域都打掃得一塵不染，床單、毛巾都非常乾淨，讓人住得很放心。環境也很贊，酒店周圍綠化很好，空氣清新，房間的採光和視野都很不錯，尤其是從窗户看出去的景色，讓人心情愉悦。服務更是沒得説，前台和工作人員都非常熱情，響應速度很快，有任何需求都能及時解決，感覺特別貼心。性價比超高，這個價位能享受到這樣的設施和服務，真的物超所值！最後必須提一下泳池，水質清澈，環境優雅，感覺特別舒服，夏天來簡直是度假的完美加分項！強烈推薦這家酒店，下次一定還會再來！

服務很貼心，看到我們家13歲小朋友已經160升級了親子房，房間特別大，上下兩層，兩個大床。酒店外面環境稍差一點，裏面挺乾淨的。老闆很貼心推薦門口的這家飯店説營業了30年，價廉物美而且服務也真的好。套餐含一套漢服，小朋友頂着40℃烈日拍照，但超級開心，漢服選擇多，好看。

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.
