An amazing location, fantastic service, the owner and her mother were extremely helpful and friendly, took us by car to the ticket office and entrance to wuzhen. Breakfast was well provided for Asian taste , suggest the have some milk for morning tea for the odd westerner like me staying, but it's not a big deal Coffee shop inside the boutique motel rather than a home stay. We will stay here again, I hope they visit us in new Zealand..

定的親子房，入住了兩天。 【床品非常舒服】全家沾枕頭就睡着 小朋友雖然3歲，但是説下次還來。 以為不夠遮光，結果發現有兩層窗簾，屋內的櫃子桌子都是圓角也貼了保護，帶小孩很安心。 榻榻米那個房間還挺好看的。清潔阿姨也非常和藹， 幾個小哥哥【服務】很到位，入住後還給我們發了好多關於烏鎮的介紹，可以直接無腦就玩。 【地理位置非常合適】確實是正兒八經在西柵（南出口）停車場外200米。 門口人力三輪車隨時都有，去其他地方很方便。 這次主要是想來參觀烏鎮戲劇節，不負所望， 人雖然不少，但是很有趣。 下次再來吧，

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

民宿距離景區非常近，我們是幾個老年人一起出來遊玩的，本來預訂的房間在三樓，考慮民宿沒有電梯，前台主動詢問我們考慮年紀問題要不要把房間調到二樓更方便,很暖心。房間也很不錯乾淨舒適。性價比超高。

位置距離烏鎮西柵入口步行5分鐘左右，服務很好，有早餐，內部設施很新，很完善。來烏鎮玩的朋友推薦入住。 房間照片都是真實照片，就不上傳了，發幾張前台、大廳和室外的吧。

從踏入民宿的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質和專業服務。房間寬敞明亮，燈光温馨，床鋪超級舒適，設施一應俱全。民宿別墅外部裝修濃濃江南風情，內部整體呈現的是北歐簡約風格，與窗外的風景相呼應，前台小哥熱情有禮，總是能在第一時間滿足我的需求。辦理入住後還能領取到一份入住禮包，包括牙線，浴缸套、泡腳套、女孩子的皮筋，蒸汽眼罩，還有止血貼等等，讓人驚喜的是還會有一次性的蓋子方便插入燒水機燒水，特別乾淨衞生，再也不用擔心有人會用飲水壺煮襪子了，細節做的特別到位，還安排了房間裏面的泡腳池，逛完烏鎮泡泡腳簡直享受。床是兩米的大床，貼身且舒適。沐浴三件套都是牌子貨，還準備了護髮素。特別喜歡房間裏面的可可西里椅配上原木色的桌子，金屬碰撞皮革設計，讓人眼前一亮。民宿老闆的審美很在線。每一間客房名字都很文藝，門牌也很有質感，燈光照在上面的感覺營造了氛圍，飄盪着若有似無的香氣像山野花草的清新淡雅。大山深處裏潔凈的空氣，帶來暢快呼吸的睡眠手伸出窗外，盡情觸摸柔軟的風心生歡喜一半來自自然，一半來自一種精神。風吹過溪水上方的竹林，竹葉輕輕搖曳心裏生起柔軟的細細的感動。 如果逢場作戲的社交讓人疲累。 不如遠離人羣，去和山川草木説説話自由沒有方向，詩和遠方也並不遙遠歡快的鳥叫，無言的山川都是我們存在的的意義。 在清歡，回眸間邂逅生命的光彩

Staff is friendly and nice, Walking distance to Wuzhen West Scenic district. Hotel also owns a restaurant opposite with nice food and discount for hotel guest. They also have a Hanfu rental below the hotel at discounted rates.

從不點評的人必須給民宿全5分。非常乾淨，裝修輕奢，空間寬敞，舒適温馨。老闆娘有求必應，耐心解答，提供出行建議。比五星級酒店體驗感都好，因為一大家人有大客廳、棋牌室、書房進行各項活動。到景區也方便，步行幾分鐘即可。總之一個字：贊！兩個字：再來！

房間非常舒服，選了個塌塌米房，我住酒店最挑剔衞生間，非常乾淨，空調賊暖，本來天氣很冷但心房間不夠暖，睡熱了都，離烏鎮門口也非常近方便，下次來一定住這裏！推薦！
