Hotel Lago

Very nice boutique hotel, located less rhan 1 km of Torno. We spend one night in the deluxe room and spend most of our day just looking the amazing view from our terrace. Rooms are very large, very comfortable bed and pillow. Ac working perfectly not like so many hotels around Italy. Staff very friendly. Wanted to eat the restaurant but menu was very basic, I am sure the owner can improve on this . Good health breakfast with great view over the lake. My next visit in Lake Como will be for sure again here .

Definitely a highlight of our trip! The hotel was beautiful, clean, with gracious and friendly staff. I wish we stayed longer. Thank you Roberto and the team for such an amazing and special stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! We took the bus, ferry, or hotel transfer to get around and it was great. It was nice to stay in a non-touristy spot and really enjoy the local area. Can’t recommend enough!!

We reserved a beautiful room with a balcony looking directly at Lake Como. It was absolutely stunning and the room and bathroom were extremely spacious. The staff is wonderful, super accommodating and helpful! Breakfast and dinner were great! The area is quiet and peaceful, but you will need to use public transportation to get around (or rent a car).

Such an amazing place to stay. The location and the view is incredible. The service is excellent. Rooms are very well renovated and equipped with everything you need The staff is very friendly. Just staying here is considered a holiday by itself. I highly recommend it

The location between Como and Bellagio is perfect. It is a new hotel with beautiful rooms, great air conditioning and a friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfasts are excellent and dinner options were very good. The owner proprietor, Roberto Bruni is a consummate host. The hotel has a van to provide transportation to the many area venues and pickup at the Milan airport. We travelled to a wedding held at Villa Pilianna and the hotel was located perfectly. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars. Our room faced Lake Como and the view was incredible! A great value.

Beautiful hotel! One of the best places that we stayed in Italy. The rooms were well done and had spectacular views of the lake. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious. Hotel staff could not have been any more attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Our room was a deluxe room with a lovely view of Lake Como. The room is large in cool colors of beige & brownish greys with a lovely ancient Italian mural on the wall where the tv is attached; the tv is canderlevered so it can be moved closer to the bed. Beside the bed are two small goosenecks reading lights over 2 small night stand tables with outlets & light switches. The bed’s headboard is a long bar area where the phone is located & electrical outlet. There is small balcony with a sliding door for access & it has a wonderful view of the lake with two chairs & a table; the king bed looks out to the lake. A sleep sofa is back behind the bar area covered in a green slip cover there is also a gigantic plant in a basket. There is no closet only two shelves on the wall with small rods where clothes can be hung with numerous hangers, an area below for one suitcase with an opening under it and two drawers. There is a problem with lighting & the cozy factor is completely missing. No light is in The back half of this big bedroom where the sofa bed & area for hanging clothes & the two drawers are located. At night it is very difficult to see into your suitcase & the drawers & no reading lamp or light for reading a book as the lights are in the front by the bed & over bar area where there are two bar chairs & the only other light is at the entrance door where the refrigerator & safe are located but it is motion activated & only stays on a few seconds until you wave your hands & when one gets up in the night to use the toilet, it comes only brightly as you come & go which is good but disturbingly bright. The bathroom is large with a toilet, bidet & large walk-in shower with rain shower, massage spray & hand held sprayer but no nightlight. They supply nice absorbing towels & numerous vanity items, including dental kit. The air conditioning works very well & I was always cold unless I turned it off. There are comfortable pillows, bed & linens. The staff , including the dining room staff, were delightful. Internet works well & the daily maid service was excellent. They serve a continental breakfast daily. There is a restaurant that serves dinner.

Beautiful boutique family owned and run hotel right on Lake Como. Views are incredible, staff and service is in impeccable. Kudos to Roberto for providing us with an incredible experience and thank you for all the chauffeuring that you did for us. Looking forward to our next visit.

We were there visiting for a wedding. I have been to some of the finest hotels all over the US and Europe. I have never had an experience as excellent as I did at this fine establishment. This family-run property took care of our every need or whim. I especially commend the owner Roberto, as well as Sophia, and Annette, and all of Roberto's children. The place is clean and modern with breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were fantastic. Also the food in the restaurant was delicious and the atrium setting made for many lovely breakfasts and evenings. My family hopes to be back and check in with the folks at this lovely hotel in the near future. Grazie Roberto!! Frank and Kathy ("Frenchie").
