***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE*** Our hockey team (along with several other teams) stayed here for the weekend. During the course of the evening one of their meeting rooms (located within a hallway of the rooms) was open, lights on, door open. Several groups were in and out through out the night. A security guard actually told us to go in there so the hallway was free. The manager came up and told us we had to pay (only our team not the other teams). When we refused, we said we would leave. We cleaned up our stuff (we had brought our own tables) and left. They charged a random persons credit card $200 plus tax. When I called to dispute this charge since there were multiple groups in and out they accused us of drinking in the lobby and having the police called and harassing their front desk staff (100% false!!). I have offered on several occasions to provide photo ID of our party to compare to their security footage and they will not review it nor refund the money. After reading others reviews it is clear that this hotel feels that once they have your credit card on file they can do with it as they wish. I had to email to get my $100 security deposit back. Other reviews advise unauthorised fees all as part of their ”policy” when I asked to see a copy of this policy they would not give me one. They have no idea whose teams were in the room or what people were coming and going so who knows how many extra cards they charged and how much extra money they made, despite us being told to go in the room by their own security guard. I would BEWARE before booking here!!!! Also, parking was a HUGE pain, sometimes it's free, sometimes not, for those that it was free for we weren't given a pass to get out, which caused long lines at the gate, sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

Trying my hand at international travel again, I decided to use this hotel as my staging ground. The front desk printed out my vaccination documents free or charge, and the room was large and very clean. The bar was packed with interesting people and service was good, but the burger was only mediocre. The shuttle was efficient. Good value overall!

The reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.

Absolutely perfect stay! When it comes to concerts in Toronto, I DREAD deciding between driving home exhausted and overpaying for a below average hotel. This popped up at the last minute following its renovation and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. At the same time last summer, I paid almost double the price for a less impressive hotel in a worse location! I was nervous based on the price, but gave it a shot given the reviews and I was very pleased with the choice. It was conveniently located, with lots of on and off the beaten path activities around it. We walked from Union station, and walked to all of our destinations during our stay, and felt safe the entire time. The hotel itself has a cool vibe, check-in and check-in was smooth, hospitality was very friendly and accommodating, room was extremely clean and amenities were great. We did experience some construction noise in the morning, but honestly-that is to be expected when staying in the city. But that is really the only ”complaint” I could come up with, everything else was PERFECT! This will be my first pick moving forward, hopefully the prices stay fair.

Location is good. just 2-3 mins walk to College Station. Breakfast is nice at the restaurant in lobby floor. It’s also easy to find restaurants in Yonge Street, just 6-15 mins walk to North or South or take TTC to other place. You could book a Niagara Falls & pick-up at the hotel.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to public transportation. The rooms are impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, do note that it can get quite busy due to its popularity.

Very good hotel the only complain is that everyone came with their pet although the rooms seemed clean

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

Hotel was really great. The whole hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and were always happy to help! The included breakfast is way ahead of most hotels for a complimentary breakfast. Hot food and a good selection. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the subway and next to a streetcar stop. Hotel is almost in the heart of downtown so it's easy to come and go as you want during the day. I recommend this place and would definitely like to go back again!

I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the service top-notch, but the location is simply fantastic. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend it!
