Nice and clean hotel, if you are a light sleeper, avoid the street view rooms.

Next to Maple Leaf arena. Good food options all around. Convenient to Uber around the city. Close to attractions.

The service is really bad, not the service staff but the system. Check-in is at 3pm and late check-out is not possible. I have checked into this hotel twice and the situation is the same. Don't expect too much. There is no bottled water in the room. There are two water tanks on each floor for water. And there is often no water.

Hello, modern facilities, in-room service and coffee were excellent. The only thing that didn't seem fair to me is that you had to pay extra for parking.
