I stayed here during the Toronto International Film Festival and I don't ever want to stay anywhere else. The location is ideal; the service is impeccable; the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and spotless; and the food is to die for. Upon check in, I was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which made my weeklong stay all the more comfortable. The bathtub, Japanese toilet, and views were the most impressive part of the room. As I got settled, I texted the front desk for additional hangers, and they arrived almost immediately. We had drinks at the bar that night, which were spot on. Every morning, I stopped by the cafe for a croissant, which was always fresh and delicious. Sleeping was heavenly in the massive bed and the room was always silent. We had breakfast in the Deauville Club on the last day, and I wish I had known about it sooner. I will be setting all my meetings there next year. This is the best kept secret in Toronto and I can't wait to go back.

Food was under average for a Hotel of this status. I ate in room as well as at the lobby restaurant twice during my two night stay. Just not putting any effort for that little bit extra that is needed to get a thumbs up and have people remembering that this Hotel respects food too.

We stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car. To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

We were happy of the place and the location. We were supposed to give 5 star. But an incident happened when we left. I requested for a cab to bring us to Billy Bishop airport and a lady assisted us well. We were informed that the cab is already outside, we placed all our stuffs in the cab and we sat inside ready to leave. But another guy also requested for a cab right after us. A very accommodating and friendly staff (Indian) helped us bring our luggages outside. (He was really kind, assisted us regardless of our nationality.) But when we were about to leave the guy (White, could be America ) who also asked for a cab webt outside assuming that our cab was his. The front desk (Chinese) asked the other staff (Indian) to ask us out of the cab, the Indian guy explained that we asked for a cab first but the Chinese guy didn't bother to listen. All he wants was for us to get out of the cab, didn't even apologize.

Good location. Near union station where you can catch the UP express train to the airport Bed is comfy room is clean and spacious. Opposite to the KEG steakhouse and bar and many other restaurants so location wise is great. Walking distance to art St. Lawrence market

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

Highly recommended! Great location, easy parking, and fantastic service. Staff are caring, kind, and are edger to assist and ensure you have a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Location is very good, very close to metro station. There is a SHOPPER, a Loblaws and a Mcdonald's with 3 mins walk. One station to Eaton Center (15 min walking distance). Front desk staff are nice. 优点：位置相当好，在市中心，交通很方便，距离地铁站不到5分钟路程。旁边有Shopper(里面有ATM，有邮局), Loblaws两大超市，还有一家麦当劳。走路去Eaton Center大约15分钟（沿途有无数餐厅，奶茶店，海底捞等等），1个地铁站。去哪里都很方便。前台服务生态度很好~ 房间空间很大，书桌、电视柜和餐柜都很大。虽然是大床房不过衣柜里提供多一床被子。楼下除了酒店包餐的自助餐厅，也有自己点餐的cafe。很容易就能叫到Uber，到机场大概不到50元加币。 缺点：房间里没有kettle煮水器。由于在市中心，清晨和晚上附近有时候会有一些homeless或流浪汉。

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

Great clean room and love the city view! Room is spacious. Nice firm bed. Bathroom is clean and spacious too! Do note that they do not have electric kettle in the rooms, so do request for one if you need one. Slightly outside of downtown Toronto approx 20-30mins drive out, depending on traffic. Got the room at a great price during Black Friday, for non peak season!
