PPengguna Tanpa Nama到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，衹有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悦該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

PPengguna TetamuIt is a very well managed cottage. I checked in after 9:30 pm but there was no problem in checking in as entrace code and all the details regarding room, washroom, and kitchen was provided by the hotel well in advance. Upon arrival, I found room keys and WiFi password on the room table. There was a welcome fruit basket and water bottles are well. Another very important facility was car parking in garage which was absolutely free. Otherwise, you may required to pay $25 parking fee in the city. Jason mother is very kind and cooked breakfast for me as well. Kitchen supplies were also free to use. It was contactless self check in and check out. Room was very comfortable to sleep. Washroom supplies were also adequate. Nearby trams are also easily accessible and anyone may commute easily if he or she has a credit card or Presto card.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

PPengguna Tanpa NamaReally nice suite, perfectly situated in downtown Toronto within walking distance of Union Station. My room was organized into a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, and it had the feel of being an upscale apartment rather than just a hotel room.

VVivian Dewi ShenRequested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

CcereneeeeeeeNovotel Toronto Centre has an excellent location- 8 to 10mins walk from Union Station, St Lawrence market, 5 mins to Berczy park. No Frills is also just next to the hotel, very convenient to get urgent stuff or snacks. There is also a whole stretch of restaurants and pub just right opposite of it.
Staff are friendly, amenities are complete. The room is rather spacious, modern, clean, and with enough lighting. I especially like their shower stall (I'm not a bathtub person) with good water pressure for both the rain shower and shower head..

PPengguna Tetamu多輪多w服務可以比悉尼墨爾本好 有中文前台 入住也很快 一點多就可以了！一到酒店很遠拿行李得就跑來幫忙拿了很積極 這個比其他海外酒店好！但是房間裝修開放式浴室 插座不行 送牙刷很慢一晚上都沒人送 沒泳池 酒店窗户應該再擦一擦 無法打開的窗户 早餐做的挺精緻的 ！規模大小和悉尼墨爾本的w mini版 但在國外w酒店已經算新的 其他酒店太舊 還是可以選擇的

WWEN HUIThe stay in Canopy was good overall - The hotel was quiet and clean. The wifi was good. Also, close to a metro station of Sherbourne. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and prompt to address the requirement I need.
Our room type was ”two queen beds room”, it's adequate in size with a clean and bright, minimalist swedish design that i found quite appealing. i must admit i was a little disappointed by the lack of any view - just the windows of the neighboring apartment building. My favorite amenities were the drawer refrigerator, which was big enough for putting the stuffs what we bought but of course there are your standard amenities too - espresso maker, electric tea kettle. I should also mention that there's a glass bottle available for water that you need to fetch out in the lobby of the floor, where the water dispenser is. It's no inconvenience at all but it's environmentally friendly.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.
