The comfortable apartments are part of a prestigious villa with large garden and swimming pool, located a short distance from the Lido and the Sporting fishing village of San Nicola L'arena with its fully equipped marina attracts many yachtsmen sailing and motor sailing in the Mediterranean. Today in San Nicola L'arena you can rent rafts and boats, or boat mooring.
