Wonderful hotel tucked in downtown Toulouse. Staff is professional, courteous and attentive. Rooms are great and spacious, bathrooms are even nicer. Modern, spacious and very well maintained. It is a hidden gem with a Michelin star restaurant. Bar is wonderful. Hotel is great for anyone who wants discretion, quiet and quality stay.

We booked this hotel for a family break having carried out a lot of research on star rating, location and previous guest reviews. The rooms are clean, and of a good size (we had a double room on the 7th floor). Air con worked a treat which was soooh needed as Toulouse was sweltering during the day and evening. Bathroom was modern and clean and the room had a safe, fridge and coffee maker. We ate breakfast the first day here which was quite expensive at £25 pp but it was fab with such a lovely selection of food and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A 10 minute walk from the main squares but not a problem at all. Would I stay here again? Definitely a yes.

El chico que estaba en recepción cuando llegamos fue amabilísimo. No habíamos podido avisar de que íbamos con un bebé, y nos consiguió la cuna en el momento. El estudio era como en las fotos. Sin grandes lujos, pero con todo lo necesario. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente para hacer turismo, a 5 minutos del Capitole. Pudimos aparcar en la calle de al lado esa noche y al día siguiente, lo metimos en el parking del hotel, más barato que los de alrededor. Hay café gratis durante todo el día, ya que en la cocina de la habitación, no había cafetera. Tiene un supermercado justo al lado para coger lo necesario si se quiere comer en el hotel.

Great stay at this hotel apartments. Well situated just to the west of the City Centre near Matabiau Station, my room had a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (hob and microwave - no oven), fridge and bonus for us travellers from Britain, a kettle. Friendly staff at reception and efficient check in. The room also had a large balcony outside with a table and two chairs and drop-down powered shutter to keep the light low at dawn. I was able to park immediately outside the hotel on the street (paid) and the hotel had parking at 12 Euros per day too. On - street parking (if you can find a space) is free between 8pm and 9.30am. Bed was comfortable and a good hot well flowing shower. Everything was clean and well maintained and I slept well apart from a humming fridge on second night, its sound I killed with the noise cancellation on my earbuds. Only two criticisms (though with roaming on my phone it did not matter too much) was that the WiFi Internet did not work. I connected but it showed no internet - though perhaps that might have been my phone playing up too. And secondly a very limited choice of TV channels to catch up with the news. No BBC News nor any CNN. Recommended and pricing not too bad either.

We spent four nights here and thought it was an excellent base for our Toulouse city break. It’s a short walk from the main train station, which we found very handy, having travelled here from Biarritz. The apartment had one bedroom with a balcony, plus we made use of the sofa bed as there were three of us. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and the apartment as a whole is clean and well maintained. We weren’t expecting it, but the apartment was serviced each day. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lo más positivo del hotel es su ubicación en una de las avenidas principales de la ciudad, a escasos 10 minutos andando de la estación central de tren y del casco histórico. Las camas son bastante cómodas y el baño tiene buen tamaño. En la habitación se dispone de agua, café e infusiones gratuitas. El personal muy atento y educado. Lo que menos me gustó, y es lo que definitivamente no voy a recomendar el hotel, es la pobre manera de hacer las habitaciones. Directamente, no se esmeran lo más mínimo. El desayuno es correcto pero nada especial. Estuvimos tres días sin ascensor.

Situé dans une petite rue au calme, malgré la proximité du boulevard, 5 minute du capitole, 150 mètres des arrêts de bus de la station JEAN-JAURES,. Accueil souriant, chaleureux, prévenant, à l'écoute, personnel disponible; chambre confortable, propre, personnalisées avec air conditionné, couloir et lobby tout blanc, décor de suspension de cadres en bois, tout cela donne chaleur et un certain charme à l'établissement, chambres avec vue ou accès par le patio, literies très confortable, cousins supplémentaire, propreté, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner continental de bonne facture; petit bémol: service chambre pas toujours au top: 1 seule serviette dans une chambre double, pas de gobelet, tout cela a réclamé a la réception, que la chambre ne soi pas faite entièrement tout les jours ne nous dérangez pas, mais obligé de demander du papier toilettes le 4 è jours, en dehors de ces petits désagrément l'hôtel reste très agréable et très bien situé, je le recommande.

Good location, quiet room if in courtyard area, comfortable big bed and nice breakfast. Bathrooms ok, toilet tiny and doors don’t lock. Unfortunately it doesn’t match the usual standards of an Ibis styles and the price reflects this… it should be an ibis budget. We had to change rooms as curtains were hanging off, and still not great in new one. Poor quality of paintwork and finishes, old ceiling tiles, noisy heating system that whines all night. You have to walk outside to access rooms and doors left open to corridors so absolutely freezing. Staff lovely and breakfast nice, although turnaround in pancakes too slow.

I went for business for 2 nights to the Toulouse Best Western Hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the location very centric and the hotel was nice, the fact that made different our experience was the service delivered by Laura. She was always with a smile, being nice with every single client and very comprensive with every single situation. Sometimes in life, is not about the commodities and services, is more about the people and how they treat to you. Thank you Laura for everything!
