POINTS FORTS: - Sympathie, sourire et bienveillance de l'ensemble des équipes. - Concept Mama Shelter au TOP: qualité et ambiance du restaurant (privilégier du jeudi soir au samedi soir pour profiter des animations). - Chambre originale et confortable. - Très bon emplacement pour profiter de Toulouse. AMELIORABLE : - Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été surpris que le restaurant (repas du soir ou Brunch du dimanche) était parfois presque complet… Il faudrait en prévenir les clients avant leur arrivée (application ou mail). Il faudrait conserver un pourcentage de places pour les clients de l'hôtel à fin de leur garantir une priorité d'accès par rapport aux clients extérieurs. - Verre de bienvenue (client GOLD): une petite bouteille de jus de pomme et des cookies dans la chambre... Mais rien n'indiquait que ce n'est pas le même cadeau pour tous les clients de l'hôtel... Donc déçus sur ce point.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

Personnel à l'accueil très gentille avec de petits attentions au lever - petit-déjeuner sympa avec viennoiseries et pain frais - chambre pas trop grande mais suffisante - petit bémol pour la baignoire/douche avec un accès un peu difficile (pas trop large et haut) - parking gratuit avec de la place. On nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking le temps d'aller à la Cité de l'Espace qui est juste à côté 5 minutes. Petit rappel : la personne de l'accueil cherche à faire plaisir aux clients et à la parole facile.

Yes, I had a good idea what to expect when I booked, so I can't say I was surprised at what was offered, but I was still left feeling disappointed. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff were friendly, although not particularly enthousiastic, and my room was clean, as was the shower and the bedding. Unfortunately, that's about it. Things almost started badly in finding the hotel, as it is cunningly concealed behind trees, and if coming from the peripherique, there is no signage. The decor throughout is awful, and I didn't like walking past piled up bags of (presumably) dirty linen in the hallway. The room itself was very small, with an ensuite shower/WC, and there was little or no room to move around the bed (the only furniture in the room). There is no wardrobe space so, as I was staying to two nights, I had to put my clothing on the bed - not ideal. The shower was OK, but there is no room to dry oneself (assuming you've remembered to bring a towel). I had to sleep with the GF window open as the AC unit was too noisy, so was frequently woken by noisy guests outside. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and, if you want coffee, be prepared to get up to ask the staff member to use their pass each time you want a cup. Finally, I didn't think my hotel room was cheap and at the end of the day, not value for money. Sorry, F1, but I won't be coming back.
