I wasn't sure what to expect as Toulouse is a big, bustling, crowded city but as it turned out I was pleasantly surprised. Reception (Euan and other staff) were on the ball and very welcoming A good start! Our room had excellent AirCon..an absolute must I Toulouse which is so hot..day after day..even in September. The room was large, comfortable, fridge included and comfortable bed. Guests had access to fresh towels and bedding from Laundrey Room as needed. It was also a quiet room. The breakfasts were basic and adequate. We did like the large garden area out the back which was a tranquile oasis in the midst of a bustling city. We often sat in the garden where we would drink the free self- serve coffee which is available 24/7 Our only concern was that a large overseas work party were at the hotel during our stay It was a minor concern but each morning they seemed to be everywhere in the breakfast room and we were left with few seats. As it turned out, we went to breakfast at a later time so as to avoid the large crowd So not sure if large work project teams use the Citadines as a base. I will ask next time I'm here Yes, I would return and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The downtown Adagio Original Toulouse Centre La Grave is in the lively Saint Cyprien district, close to the Metro, and has comfortable studios and T2s for solo, couple or family getaways or long stays. There's a daily covered market, plus theaters, museums, lots of restaurants and pretty boutiques. Or you can stroll the banks of the Garonne, whose bars and summer Ferris wheel give the area a festive feel.

The Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave is a new hotel, located along the eastern edge of a recently constructed apartment building. My room was spotless--even the stove and microwave were clean! Breakfast was fine for an apartment hotel. Staff members were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located in St-Cyprien, right across the Garonne River from the center of Toulouse. The area is unambiguously walkable, and there's a Métro stop (along with grocery stores and restaurants) maybe 200 m away. The hotel's excellent location was responsible for the one problem I encountered. The Pont St-Pierre at the end of the street is pedestrian-and-cyclist only between May and October, and, on Friday and Saturday nights, there was a constant stream of noisy, apparently drunken people making an impressive amount of noise on the street below until maybe 3 in the morning. I was able to mitigate the problem by closing the window, so this turned out to be a minor issue. (The fact that the windows are openable was otherwise a positive feature.) The hotel turned out to be an excellent place to stay.

Entering the lobby is like visiting a small art gallery , very colorful and nice to look at . Staff where very friendly and efficient and shortly after checking in I was in my room which was spacious clean and quiet and well equipped. I liked the “ rain forest “ shower and the steam proof mirror and the generous amenities in the bathroom like the bathrobe and slippers. The bed and pillows where nice and soft which was conducive to a nice sleep. A stylish hotel in a good location

Such a lovely friendly Hotel , the staff just couldn't be nicer. I was visiting with my daughter watching the Samoa v Japan Rugby game and the facilities were fantastic - felt like home and relaxes with the little touches in the entrance area of hotel , games , fitness , video game , table tenis. When I go back to Toulouse, I will definitely be staying here. Thanks from Chris and Elsie

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un T2 très spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons bien profité du joli parc, très pratique pour nous promener avec nos deux petits chiens. Le personnel était très aimable et toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons!

Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!

GGlobal15157131485Lots of space, appliances with which to cook (but no coffee offered in the room as other hotels in France, yes offered on the first floor at any time. I did not find spoons either). You got to walk for 15 minutes to get to the center, but it is close to the train station, which suited me. Front desk staff and the lady in the breakfast room are not the nicest persons on earth. However, that does not change my opinion that the hotel is very convenient for your stay (but it removes one star from my ranking of it). Supermarket 2 blocks away. What I loved the most was the huge room. Finally, some place to stay in France in which you could move, leave your bags, extend your arms. I recommend it.

PPleromaa👍🏻 Première fois en appartement hôtel, le studio est grand avec 1 séjour cuisine et une chambre. La cuisine est super équipée et on peut absolument tout faire : du café aux oeufs au plat. Le frigo permet de stocker des achats alimentaires.
👍🏽 Chauffage et climatisation compris. Silence des chambres. L'hôtel est bien desservi par les bus et le métro pour aller au centre ville, et aux alentours il y a des commerces, boulangeries, supérettes, kebabs ouz bars.
👎 Très mauvaise literie et les couvertures étaient pleines de cheveux des anciens clients. De même le sol avait une couche de moutons, et les rideaux étaient à moitié déchirés, mais on peut utiliser les volets roulants pour se préserver le soir.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is centrally located just off the Jardin Pierre Goudouli which in convenient to the Jean Jaures metro stop and also the Aero Bus Stop. Le Capitole is less than a few minutes stroll away as are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Aero bus was 8euro or an Uber was 22euro. The hotel is very attractive from the outside and indeed this continues to the plush furnishings of the lobby and reception area. The is a quaint bar area to convene in but is staffed by reception. The welcome was pleasant and efficient. Time was taken to explain the surrounding area with a map provided. However wrong information was presented regarding complimentary breakfast on the weekend days due to my status, which the person at check out did not agree with. The room was a privilege room which comes with it a certain expectation and standard. The room was well sized with a comfortable bed and range of pillows to suit your needed. There was a functional chair and desk along with a complimentary mini bar and Nespresso machine. Robe and slippers were also provided. The furnishings were acceptable but on the verge of showing wear and tear with a musty smell which filled the room. The window of the room was small and disproportionate stuck in the corner of the room with a view to a fire escape and internal residential courtyard. The open WiFi was of good strength with an average of 40mbs. The bathroom was disappointing regarding its age, toilet flush and over bath shower. The breakfast was a very pleasant affair in the 1st floor breakfast room. It was tastefully decorated and had a pleasing array of food from hot offerings to continental. It was well staffed and stocked. Overall this is a pleasant hotel at a good price point, but missing the little elements of refinement one might expect from a 4 star Mercure.

PPengguna TetamuI booked Ibis Styles Toulouse Matabiau because I had a good experience with Ibis Styles in Sevilla. However, there is little comparison. I asked for a 'quiet' room and was given one overlooking the courtyard. Although it is on the second floor there is an open-air walkway outside the window used by guests going to and from other rooms and the access door is just beside the room I was allocated. This caused considerable noise from guests and room cleaning trolleys. The room was very small with little room to move and no chair to sit on. The en-suite door would only open halfway because of the toilet. I asked to change rooms and was refused.

PPengguna TetamuSitué dans une petite rue au calme, malgré la proximité du boulevard, 5 minute du capitole, 150 mètres des arrêts de bus de la station JEAN-JAURES,. Accueil souriant, chaleureux, prévenant, à l'écoute, personnel disponible; chambre confortable, propre, personnalisées avec air conditionné, couloir et lobby tout blanc, décor de suspension de cadres en bois, tout cela donne chaleur et un certain charme à l'établissement, chambres avec vue ou accès par le patio, literies très confortable, cousins supplémentaire, propreté, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner continental de bonne facture; petit bémol: service chambre pas toujours au top: 1 seule serviette dans une chambre double, pas de gobelet, tout cela a réclamé a la réception, que la chambre ne soi pas faite entièrement tout les jours ne nous dérangez pas, mais obligé de demander du papier toilettes le 4 è jours, en dehors de ces petits désagrément l'hôtel reste très agréable et très bien situé, je le recommande.

Very friendly staff in a great location. Hotel is old but full of character. The lift is very old and certain parts of the hotel show their age but it is clean and has all the facilities you could need. Our room was a Superior but quite small and the bed was a double rather than a king I think. The bed was comfortable. There was a small desk in the room with a chair and a stool but not much space on it. However there was a shelf over the bed. Round the corner was a wardrobe which contained drawers, shelves, a safe and a fridge so that was good. There were no hot drink making facilities in the room but you could get them in the lobby. The bathroom was compact. There was a shower over the bath which was very efficient but it was quite high for me to climb over the bath to get in. There was no space at all for wash bags so we had to put them in the wardrobe on a shelf. The lobby was reasonable but the lift was very small - only room for cases and one person. I liked the theming of the white bear. It was a reasonable value especially as the location was excellent with lots of restaurants very close by. We opted not to have breakfast. It was served in the basement and did not look that comprehensive for the price so we had breakfast outside of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and most spoke adequate English. Quetien (? spelling) on the night shift was especially helpful and chatted in English. He also went out of his way to go to another hotel in the morning to get me a postcard of our hotel which he left for me at reception. I would recommend this hotel for a few nights but not for a week or more as I’d find it a bit too restrictive in size.
