Ulasan Kinsui Annex

Lovely place. Room was spacious, service was great. We got the pass to visit all 7 onsens. There are also 3 private onsens that you can use for free. Food was great. Location is slightly off the main streets so it's quiet but still very close to everything. There's also a small bar within the guesthouse which serves delicious cocktails.

We stayed in the additional wing, quite modest accommodation, could have been a little cheaper, otherwise everything was great!

Everything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, "Oh," and told me the amount to pay again. It was so At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai. Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really. And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.
