這是一家百年老店從城崎溫泉站打車過去幾分鐘在窄窄的路上旁邊是另外一家老店三木屋有周到的迎接一進酒店看到處處打理得精緻整潔維護得非常好我的日式房在二樓房間不大設施優良一樓的可以看庭院估計濕度會大些有交換的溫泉大池沒有私湯乾淨但溫泉一股濃郁的消毒水的味道這個酒店歐美客人很多溫泉看到紋半花臂後背一條大蛇的歐美妹子晚餐房間內體驗不好吃得很累上菜的節奏菜品的質量還趕不上星野界的同樣四千一個人鶴雅碧之座lunge 料理設計得有奢華的感覺馥府系列也有房間吃弊端烤牛肉後房間一大股味上菜的小姐姐搬着沉重的餐具也很累早餐大廳吃上菜節奏好很多兩餐的調味都是日式甜咸口過甜過咸比較簡陋服務上在門口接待得很熱情有豐田送站服務茶水吧沒有銀水庄豐富不會按時段更換的這裏的房子幾乎沒有隔音抽風機和空調比較響需備耳塞遮光比一般日式溫店好這次旅行體驗了很多酒店共立旗下翻新過的佳雲印象最好上菜行雲流水一泊二食才一千多一個人體驗過修善寺新井和這家都是歷史悠久的酒店以後不會想再訂但稻取銀水庄這次又訂了

After studying Japanese for the last year, I was really excited to visit Japan and our travel agency had wanted us to try an Onsen, however, despite doing our best to respect the culture and locals, the front staff made it clear they didn’t care for foreigners before we even had a chance to make an impression. The checkout staff ended up being much nicer, but we were so uncomfortable here, we checked out as early as we could. Even when getting breakfast in the lines, we were both shoved by locals staying here. We never had this experience other places, especially when it’s a line that naturally moves. This was our last night of a 10 day trip, and it left a pretty awful feeling behind for us. We wouldn’t recommend this location. In general, if you like foods like raw crab meat, you’ll enjoy the kaiseki meal. We found out it wasn’t something we loved, however, this is a preference and wasn’t reflected in the review. The accommodation is a bit older, but okay.

今次來到城崎住左兩間酒店其中一間是金卡酒店，雖然離市中心有十分鐘車程，因為自架遊就無所謂，因為好喜歡酒店房間面對海境，房間還有個對住海景的浴缸，好寫意，酒店內有兩個私湯，可預約時間享受，最重要的是酒店服務員很有禮貌，還很幫忙，，晚上還有酒店的車接送我們去城崎市中心晚餐，雖然我們有車，因晚上想渴酒所以也選擇了坐酒店的車，司機也很有禮貌，晚餐後還到餐廳門口接我們回酒店，服務貼心，會再來，值得進介

Stayed with a 4 member family and decided to add on the dinner set menu few days before our arrival. Aside from their excellent service, it was very kind of them that they decided to give us free upgrade for the room, which was a huge surprise for us. They provide free transportation with shuttle bus between the hotel and the main station, by which very convenient for those traveling with families. Dinner was also superb as they adjusted the seasonal menu based on our dietary restriction. Had a great stay in overall and very satisfied with the service given.

〇旅館が古い…とにかく部屋中ギシギシ音がして、今にも床が抜けるのかと思うほど。〇食事…カニ半身から１匹に、海鮮サラダをのどぐろの煮つけに変更。量はしっかりあり、十分満足。〇風呂…外湯めぐりはせず、内湯だけで十分。露天風呂へは階段を登っていかねばならないので、年寄りには大変かと。また12月に宿泊したので、露天までが寒い。〇トイレ…部屋のトイレだけ温水洗浄便座だったが、部屋外は設備なし。〇立地…城崎温泉街の外れにあるが、チェックアウト後も自家用車を昼まで置かせてもらえ、片道だけだがバスで城崎駅まで送ってくれる。帰りは徒歩だが便利に感じる。

今まで宿泊した旅館・ホテルの中で夕食の豪華さ、味は最高でした。洋風の冷やし茶碗蒸し、ケーキは美味しかったです。部屋もリニューアル後なのでしょうか、綺麗でした。木造建築だと思いますが、廊下を歩く人も気になりません。温泉は掛け流しで綺麗にされています。城崎温泉は外湯前提のため、大浴場ではないです。次回はカニの季節に泊まりたいです。

The hotel is a classic onsen experience with the interior design and set up being very nostalgic and interesting. The hotel provides free pick up from the train station and umbrellas if it rains. The onsen bath is not the best, it is on the small side, but kept clean. Though this is typical for onsen hotels in busier onsen towns compared with onsen hotels which are more remote. The dinner is the highlight of the place with many kilograms of snow crab served in so many different ways in our room. All of which was prepared in a way so that it was really easy to eat. We were lucky to have a lovely staff member who knew both English and Chinese.

The hotel has a wonderful vibe. The location is great, the service is lovely, and the dinner was yummy. The extra little gift was a really nice surprise that made the stay memorable. I really liked the free drinks and snacks on the 3rd floor - it was a super chill spot. I'll be telling my friends about this place, and I can't wait to come back with my family. I'm super appreciative of the fantastic experience.
