Hotel berhampiran Treasure Island di Treasure Island

My fourth visit to Treasure Island. Very disappointed. The resort is very run down. Concrete path around the resort is not safe in places where tree roots are breaking it down. Poor lighting at night doesn't help. Cistern in Bure ran 24/7 Toilet door did not close properly. Sliding door had crack across the bottom glass panel. There is a large pile of rotting bags just before the Spa area, the smell is terrible. There are other piles of rubbish and leaves waiting to be burned. Our bure was large and clean for 3 adults. Food however was another story. 6 days of lukewarm meals. Meals are not served when they are cooked. We were told that the person on the pass had been removed. The entrance to the kitchen has a filthy wall. A good scrub with sugar soap could sort that if it can't be painted. At lunch I noticed a wait staff member pick up a Bain Marie cover that had fallen to the floor. It went straight back onto the food. Where is the HACCAP training ? It's so easy to become sick if basic food hygiene isn't followed. Our Happy hour was a hit and miss. Drinks were very slow to arrive at the table. Again, not enough wait staff. The Wednesday evening Manager's cocktail party with free drinks, promised by the travel agent did not happen. I feel food buffets were kept to a minimum and empty plates or dishes not replenished quickly enough. Fortunately, the Teppanyaki was a big hit. The chef went out of his way to make our night enjoyable. The toilets in the public area were disgusting. Lack of soap and loose taps. A different style of bin for paper towels is needed as people miss the bin. OR install a hand dryer. Would save buying paper towels. There is no information in your bure to tell you what is happening around the resort. There is a large board outside the dining area, but, if you don't know this island, you may not know where to look. If you book Teppanyaki, and are on a meal package. Ask for the credit back. Price drops to $50 instead of $105. This information isn't volunteered by staff. Ask for a running total of your bill daily. More than once the Happy Hour drinks were charged at full price. When you sign the docket, write the time too. Hopefully in time they will get back on track.

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

交通：從vuda Marina出發，酒店免費接送，去其他地方需要和小島老闆溝通，老闆超熱情，去cloud9也找了自己的朋友送我們去，雖然去cloud9的船不怎麼樣，但反而很刺激（500fjd一艘小船） 衛生：衛生就還是很乾凈的，衹是在島周圍浮潛完會帶很多沙到床上 環境：環境很棒，酒店正麪的沙灘很垃圾，但島另一的沙灘很挺好的。重點！重點！重點！這個島周圍浮潛可以看到海龜，運氣好還可以看到“友善的”鯊魚！ 服務：服務頂級！完爆香格裏拉這種品牌酒店（品牌酒店人很多，服務人員就不是很熱情，甚至點餐都不積極，水都不給）。小島上的服務人員，甚至會記得你的名字給你打招呼，人多的時候還有kava歡迎會和篝火晚會，就讓人感覺各方面都被伺候得很周到，返回主島后酒店會幫你安排出租，我們強調了要打表的（被不打表的司機亂宰），打車從vuda Marina到香格裏拉酒店才不到80刀，反而從香格裏拉去機場被品牌酒店亂宰120刀。 優點：服務熱情，超級熱情，小島人很少，可以獨佔沙灘玩，小島很安靜，島周圍水也很好，有很多魚和海龜 缺點： 有很多免費活動（划船，paddleboarding）需要自己去諮詢，附近沒有鮮艷的珊瑚，早午餐比較單一，Wi-Fi不太行

What can I say lovely, thoughtful, friendly and hardworking, I was going to say staff but friends now would be more accurate. Our family had spent 5 days on the mainland and thought the Fijian people were out of this world friendly but then we went to castaway and were blown away, they take it to another level. All the staff are amazing but in particular Neumi, Joeli, Paul and Aggie absolutely made our holiday and it was amazing getting to know them and to be made to genuinely feel like part of their family, I cannot thank you enough. Their demeanour and willingness to help and add to our family experience made all the more remarkable by the fact they are away from theirs. Every single interaction with a member of the castaway team was met with a beaming smile, genuine Bula and use of our name that they have miraculously remembered. Of course the island is amazing, the facilities are a reasonably high standard and the food is very nice. It is not a cheap place but considering it’s semi remote location that is expected. We may have been to more luxurious places but we may never go anywhere else. To the amazing band members, the calmest of dive team , the garden staff the kitchen staff the housekeeping crew, to you all of you, thank you , thank you, thank you. If when you leave a place all four members of your family have tears in their eyes something special must have happened.

The Terraces Just returned again to this wonderful resort with my 2 friends. I can highly recommend this accomodation in either a 1 brm or 2 brm apartment. The apartments are very clean & spacious with all the facilities you need with a kitchen & laundry, with lovely views of either garden or pool & golf course from 1 or 2 of the balconies in the 2 brm apartment. The pool & gardens are highly maintained with plenty of pool loungers. The convenience to Port Denarau is just 5 mins walk away to all the bars & restaurants plus a fully stocked mini mart. All the staff at The Terraces are very friendly & helpful. I’m looking forward to my return again in November.

This resort is excellent. We spent the majority of our time at the Adult Only pool. Mela is the best bar tender. She remembered our names after first meeting us. She also makes the best drinks, always with her beautiful smile. This resort has many activities throughout the day for families. Nice restaurant and you can order room service.

Its business suites - includes kitchen and laundry in room. Always great to have these services. Beach isnt much, think walk along rather than swim. This is one of 3-4 hotels in a row beachfront. Guests primarily those passing thru to islands, backpackers and groups. The hotels’ beachfront bars were quiet during week in May but came alive for weekend. Restaurant on top floor had great views. Service very slow in restaurants of all these hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly.

中國家庭客，我認為上島2天到4天差不對了，值得的住宿體驗。島上住宿有特色，屋子很特別，海景近在咫尺。非常淺的海灘。島上有孩子的斐濟文化活動可以參加，編頭髮120人民幣，40斐濟幣。小童buffet 55斐濟幣，165人民幣。帶老人，餐飲是問題，吃得太西化，並且沒有選擇。如果老人有忌口，血糖高，請慎重考慮。島上有3個餐廳，但是經常衹開一個。平均人頭消費，每一餐在240到330人民幣。島上開支，要確保你有現金或者多張信用卡。

We had a great stay at the Fiji Gateway hotel! The rooms were clean and in great condition and the showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water - perfect for helping us relax as we continued our trip. As opposed to other hotel rooms in Fiji, the air conditioning worked great and the safe in the room was in good working condition - something that is always important for protecting your valuables and travel documents. This was a perfect place for us to stay when we had to fly out of Nadi airport for our flight to the island of Taveuni. On this night, we ate at the restaurant which had excellent, friendly staff and good food. But the thing we remember the most about this hotel were the 2 live musicians Igenasio and Joape who play in the bar and restaurant. During our meal, I kept pausing and saying to my wife, ”listen to this awesome music”! Just about every day for the rest of our trip I kept saying to my wife, ”did I say how awesome those musicians at the Fiji Gateway hotel were?” On our final night in Fiji, just before we went to Nadi airport, we went back to the Fiji Gateway hotel to see if Igenasio and Joape were playing in the restaurant and bar area. Guess what? They were! I was beyond excited to see them and told them that we came back to the hotel just to find them. They did not disappoint and played 2 songs that we requested as well as songs requested by others. They are a great duo and they complement each other with their lead singing and harmony. We'll always remember this final night in Fiji at the Gateway Hotel!

Kesihatannya baik, tetapi perkhidmatannya sangat sederhana. Tidak ada selipar, sikat gigi, ubat gigi, dan jubah mandi di dalam bilik. Pelayan hanya mengheret lantai untuk membersihkan bilik. Dia tidak mengemas katil atau memberi air mineral percuma. Saya telah membayar harga penuh semasa saya menempah hotel, dan saya perlu mengenakannya sekali lagi semasa mendaftar keluar ... Juga, harganya sangat tinggi!
