First of all, you really need a vehicle to get to the Hotel. Reception staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cannot really ask for more. Room is decent, nothing fancy but there is everything you need. AC was a bit of a mystery, because it was working a little by its own. Breakfast is decent for Italian standards. I would’ve appreciated more greens and veggies. Spa is basically two saunas and a salt water tub. Everyone else seemed to be there without any swimming suites, which was a bit awkward. The Hotel has a possibility for e-bike renting and the prices were compatible for other rentals. There is also a hiking path going just in front of the Hotel, going high at the nearest peak Monte Bestone. It takes about 1,5h to go around the loop trail. Overall experience was 3/5. The Hotel is a bit out of the date. Location is high at the mountains and a car is a must have to be able to move around. That’s basically a plus and a minus, because the Hotel is also outside of the worst crowded places.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and the service. Everyone speaks German or good English. There is a lot of staff, none of them was ever unfriendly. The room is great, the cleaning staff is very thorough and hardworking. Everything is very clean. The view from the room is gigantic. Small photo to become envious attached. The only thing is that the breakfast could use more variety. Otherwise everything is great.

We had a delightful stay at the Hotel Le Balze during our 2-week Alps tour. Some of the things we liked included the modern amenities, the restaurant (great dinner at a good price), the pool and fitness center, and above all the spectacular view from our balcony. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and multi-lingual. The only negative was the narrow road leading to the hotel and less-than-ideal parking. Once we were there, however, we really enjoyed the hotel and its amenities. Next time we'll have to stay longer.

This hotel is really nice and at the top of the mountain, so you have an amazing view on Lake Garda. The rooms are clean and perfectly fine. The balconies are great. A small improvement - as a 6.2 tall (192cm), the beds were a little bit small for me. I still could sleep fine, but bigger beds would have been great.

Staff: Nicest staff I've ever met on a hotel. They always smile and greet. They take their time to help you if you have any problems/questions, and the service is generally a 5 star. Facilities: Nice pool area with super hot water. Mini golf was old but free, and we had a lot of fun there. Restaurant: Fantastic restaurant. The food is super good and looks amazing. The food is served, and the waiters almost immediately spot when you are done and bring you the next food. This was pretty cheap compared to what we get. Place: Super nice place. Beautiful view over Lake Garda, and you can see the mountains. It's a quiet place and super beautiful. A super great hotel and I don't understand why this is not a 5 star hotel. Definitely a visit worth.

The hotel was recently remodel, the rooms were very nice, and a good size. Breakfast not enough selection it was okay. The pool good size, it was warm and is NOT deep. However it needs to be remodel as tile pieces are falling out. The staff very nice and friendly.

Luci ed Ombre. Tra i lati positivi sicuramente l'estrema cortesia del personale della reception, la vista mozzafiato, l'ampia disponibilita' di parcheggio e le infrastrutture ( piscina, mini golf, biliardo, ecc). Quelli negativi sono la ridotta dimensione delle camere, la qualita' assolutamente non da quattro stelle della prima colazione, il bagno piccolo e senza bidet. Suggerimento, per piu' di 150 euro per una notte in un quattro stelle (non potendo variare ovviamente le dimensioni delle camere) rivedete il buffet. 1) lo yogurt non in secchielli anonimi ma monoporzione, molto piu' igienici 2) non chiedete un supplemento per un cappuccino / caffe al bar, e' svilente per un 4 stelle. 3) non si staccano le macchine automatiche delle bevande e della caffetteria alle 10.01 a chi e' in sala a far colazione, per lo stesso motivo. 4) solo briosche vuote, non adeguato 5) siete a 5 Km da Tremosine con le sue eccellenza gastonomiche ( formaggi/salumi/...), mettete quelli e non un anonimo crudo mattonella e dell'emmenthal. Piuttosto fate un accordo con i fornitori locali per avere prodotti di eccellenza a prezzi vantaggiosi in cambio di pubblicita' o visite guidate alle produzioni locali. Sono piccoli accorgimenti ma in linea con gli importi richiesti e le aspettative della clientela.
