Located in city centre, but room was small for the price. The good thing is they allowed us to checkin before time, which is the first time happened to us.

Easy to locate and walking distance from bus stop and supermarket. Got to do self check in on ipad and mine keep having error. The hotel guy at counter helped me with check in and want to charge me for the hotel room which I had already paid via Trip app. Pls be careful if you're doing manual check in with the hotel staff. Decent size for 2pax but opening 2 luggages was quite an issue because of limited floor space.

No free service at all! only tv remote control in the room. The guy in the front desk was rude by keeping me waiting 3h untill the check in time 15pm, which is also a late one. And ask for 100NWK if i want to check in!!! I did not pay and waited untill 15:00 pm and went to the desk and he impolitely pointed to a tablet to proceed with online check in! It was not the case with other customers i was the only one🤨

Great location, very warm and well insulated. Pretty small floor space to use a large luggage but still manageable. Would recommend and return.

Small city, close to everything

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is very good, in the city centre. Hot water provided, it helps a lot !! Haha

The room is small without free cleaning service，but the location is perfect，no breakfast，one can only buy breakfast package. But it is also expensive！

Room is not big but quiet. The location is in the city center and convinient to every spot.

Helpful and welcoming. The hotel room was immaculately clean. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked well . The staff were very approachable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel location is great, near the harbour, shopping mall, underground parking space and grocery store. However, the room is basic and extremely small to stay 2 person. It is impossible to open up a 25" luggage and still have room to walk around comfortably. Housekeeping is not available daily and there is basically no amenities in the room except for hand soap and body soap. But thankfully the bed is still very comfortable.
