Falkensteiner Family Hotel Montafon - the Leading Hotels of the World

Falkensteiner Montafon is a gem, blending top notch childrens facilities with the rest of the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the room was great and the food fabulous (even though I was sceptical of it being all in buffet form at first). Excellent location, perfect for hiking in summer time. Spa is wonderful and our child was completely in live with the kidsclub, all the activities and Falky! Would love to go back.

Fantastic stay, beautiful food, great facilities and stunning scenery. Great gym also. Choice of foods abd staff care was excellent. My kids are slightly older 10 and 14 and they loved the pool. Highly recommended. Beware the Swiss holidays as the hotel is less pleasant when full.

We had opportunity to spend almost a week at this lovely hotel in Austria. The hotel is brand new, everything was clean and comfortable. The room was super cool, our children very much enjoyed the spaces created for the kids. The facilities are wonderful and the views breathtaking. The park was still undergoing but we had a sneak peak and it looks great, lots of features and water play. Also suitable for older kids up to early teens. The kids club team were very kind, especially Umberto thank you. Our children are still singing the mascot song in German. There are multiple games and soft plays throughout the hotel as well as a very fun and cool pool area with different slides for all ages from toddlers to teens. The digital areas around are great, even parents got to join and play along their children. Food was great, very well presented and lovey chefs accommodating any dining requests however, I highly recommend the waiting service be trained or change as they made it clear to guests they were miserable to serve. We honestly avoided dining just not to experience their negative energy despite everything being so great. Benny from the front of dining was really professional and welcoming. Thank you Also the bar staff in the lower ground were super friendly and advised on places to visit around the area. The front desk were very friendly but also lacked the knowledge of their surroundings and weren’t sure of the hiking trails or sites around the hotel. They seemed a bit lost at times but they tried their best to ask colleagues for answers. I would definitely return, the hotel again is brand new and I’m sure they’ll sort all the hiccups soon.

Stayed here twice. Once in the winter and once in the spring. Amazing experience both times. Great food selection with many traditional and vegan options but you have to pay for water and drinks separately during lunch and dinner. Best part about the hotel for us were the two kids clubs (for little kids and for big kids). Special thanks to Homberto and Jens who worked at the kids clubs and went above and beyond. Our kids loved spending time there with them which gave us time to relax. Rosa, the massage therapist was great and incredibly skilled too! Keep in mind that the kids playground outside and the adult pool are still being constructed as of May 2023.

This hotel has thought of EVERYTHING! It is a brand-new hotel, so everything is box fresh and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. The concept for families is second to none - from the soft play area and slide at reception the kids will be entertained from the moment they walk in. They have a baby club (0-4) and a kids club (4-12) which not only includes all the usuals like games, arts and crafts etc but they have their own science lab and cooking classes! There’s also foosball and pool tables, an indoor basketball court and football goals, an interactive room which combines as a disco area and cinema plus a climbing wall! The rooms are designed with families in mind, from the layout and giving the kids and adults their separate bathrooms. Every room has a balcony so there's a view to enjoy whichever option you choose. The dining is buffet style and the quality and choice you get is unreal. Plus, they offer 'Jause' which is a welcomed buffet after arriving back from the slopes. The indoor and outdoor (heated) pools offer stunning views and a couple of slides to entertain the kids (and adults!). The spa is a sanctuary with an adults-only relaxation area! It's in a perfect location and only a 5-minute walk to the slopes. If you want to combine ultimate family luxury with skiing then this is the one for you!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. Da wir das Hotel schon vom letzten Jahr kannten und unsere Ferien dort verbrachten. Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Atmosphäre für Familien. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, leider sprechen die Mitarbeiter im Speisesaal nur Englisch was uns etwas gestört hat. Das Essen ist immer am Buffet, es ist lecker und in einer guten Qualität. Die Empfangshalle finden wir das Beste am Kinderhotel. Sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene können aus einer Vielzahl von Spielmöglichkeiten wählen, was für viel Spaß und Unterhaltung sorgt. Insgesamt ist es ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen und unterhaltsamen Aufenthalt. Alles am selben Platz. Die Bar das Falky die Lobby. Zum Beispiel kann man einen Drink bestellen gleichzeitig Billard spielen und unser Kind war im Kino oder an der Kletterwand usw. Alles am selben Ort. Somit war unser Kind auch sehr sicher und selbständig unterwegs es hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Poolbereich wäre mit dem Infinity-Pool und der Rutschbahn eigentlich super, jedoch hätten wir uns das Wasser etwas wärmer gewünscht, wir waren immer etwas am frösteln. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Siamo gia’ stati in un hotel falkesteneir e la musica e’ sempre la stessa, qualita’ altissima, l’hotel e’ nuovo e costruito per far divertire i bambini. Le camere belle e comode, l’unico neo e’ non avere il bidet e neanche una doccetta nel water, se vai in bagno devi sempre farti una doccia che non e’ vicina. Dalla colazione alla cena, passando per uno spuntino( pranzo dalle 14) abbiamo assaggiato di tutto e sempre con un livello altissimo, cibo sempre vario e buffet molto organizzato, quando arrivi a tavola trovi sempre acqua fresca, il personale attentissimo e sempre disponibile. La parte acquatica molto bella con scivolo a tubo con cronometro e c’e anche uno scivolo più grande che dal sito non si vede i bambini non sono mai usciti dall’acqua. Per loro c’e anche un campo indoor, una parete di arrampicata e la cosa carina e’ lo scivolo che dalla reception porta al piano ristorante. Che dire andate con i vostri bambini, davanti l’hotel c’e la partenza della funivia, quindi anche in inverno ha il suo perche’. Se devo fare un appunto, manca una piscina per soli adulti. **Hervorragendes Hotel mit exzellentem Service und erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten** Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Hotel "Falkensteiner Montafon" zu übernachten, und vier wunderschöne Tage zu verbringen, es war eine rundum großartige Erfahrung. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, bis zu meiner Abreise, war alles perfekt. **Check-In und Empfang:** Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und schnell. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, bot mir sofort ein Erfrischungsgetränk an und informierte mich über alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels. Die Lobby selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine einladende Atmosphäre aus. Speziell für Kinder hat es eine riesengrosse Rutsche mit unfassbar vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben! **Zimmer:** Mein Zimmer war geräumig, modern und äußerst sauber. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, und die Bettwäsche war von höchster Qualität. Ich hatte einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge (je nach Lage des Zimmers), was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ließ keine Wünsche offen: ein großes Flachbildfernseher, eine gut bestückte Minibar und zwei luxuriöse Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. **Essen und Trinken:** Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach herausragend. Die Auswahl war vielfältig und reichhaltig, von frischen Früchten über Gebäck bis hin zu warmen Speisen, alles in höchster Qualität. Ich hatte auch die Gelegenheit, im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu Abend zu essen, und das kulinarische Erlebnis war exzellent. Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, und die Gerichte waren kreativ und köstlich. Auch die Jause von 14-16 Uhr die im Preis inbegriffen ist, war super abwechslungsreich und hat das Mittagessen, was man von 12-14 Uhr kennt ersetzt. Auf Wunsch und gegen Aufpreis kann man auch von der a la carte wann immer man will essen bestellen. Sehr toll! **Freizeitangebote:** Das Hotel bietet eine Vielzahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten, darunter ein erstklassiges Fitnessstudio und ein wunderschöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Pool. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Infinity-Pool mit Panoramablick, der perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in den Bergen dient. **Service:** Der Service im Hotel "Falkensteiner Montafon" ist unübertroffen. Jeder Mitarbeiter, dem ich begegnete, war freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es waren die kleinen Details und Aufmerksamkeiten, die meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Speziellen Dank an Zoran und Tetiana von der Bar, die unseren Aufenthalt mit den besten Cocktails versüsst haben und dem Falkyland Team (Nina und Marie, aber auch die anderen!), die sich so liebevoll und mit einer ausserordentlichen Geduld um unsere Kinder gekümmert haben! **Lage:** Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Es gibt die Golm Seilbahn mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder zur Alpine Coster Golm (sehr empfehlenswert!!).

Wir waren mit der Familie für einen Kurztrip im Falkensteiner Montafon. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Hotelanlage ist modern und bestens gestaltet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Besonders möchten wir das Personal erwähnen, welches sich mit Engagement und Freundlichkeit um die kleinen und grossen Gäste kümmert. Ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat uns der Spabereich, wo wir eine Massage gebucht haben. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
