"If you travel to Vietnam, taking a Cruise to Halong Bay should be in your TO DO list. It’ll make your trip remarkable and special. We chose 2 days / 1 night trip to this amazing place with Peony Cruises. It was All Inclusive with 4 times food (lunch, dinner, breakfast, brunch).
The staff was very kind and attentive. They even changed some of the foods for dinner, bcoz we didn’t eat seafood. That was so sweet from their side. Indeed, the food was appetizing.
We went kayaking, enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets and admired the stunning views. Then we visited Trung Trang Cave which was so astonishing."

"Отличное расположение, чтоб переночевать ночь в ожидании парома на Катба.
Номер уставший, все очень простенько, но это можно пережить, главный минус это постельное белье с пятнами и отсутствие пододеяльника. Пульта от кондея нет, стоит вентилятор. Холодильник в розетку не включён."

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

JJMartinhoStaff is great. Harry is a nice guy, also some staff at the reception and our butler Merlin. I did another cruise in Halong Bay and i think there are some things they can do better for example:
- the itinerary is not the best, it doesn't stop at the major atractions in Halong Bay (the nig cave, the viewpoint). The boat is stoped almost all the time.
- drinks at the bar are not good, we had to send back cocktails sometimes unfortunstely. Staff is so so nice that it feels hard to complain, but the drinks were impossible to drink.
- transfer to the boat was a big mess, people fighting because there were not enough seats, my seat didn't have a seatbelt.
In general its a good experience if this is your first cruise to Halong Bay, if it's not you will not be impressed.
It is not a luxury concept, so that might disappoing when you see such a beautiful ship.

NNicky WakefieldThe Arcady Boutique Cruise lives up to its name for the most part. The service is exceptional, the rooms comfortable and the locations around Ha Long Bay are as good as they look in the pictures. Our visit was a winter visit and thus no swimming for us. The views from the boat, the short walks into caves, the viewing platforms and the kayaking opportunities made up for the cooler temperatures. Meals were mostly excellent (breakfast was so/so) and we were definitely not left hungry! The cocktail menu is vast and the prices are cheap (they even have happy hour). Definitely one for the bucket list!

PPengguna TetamuA experiência no Erina Cruise foi perfeita. O barco é muito confortável e lindo. O quarto é espaçoso e luxuoso. A cama era perfeita, pena não ter mais tempo para ficar deitado. O barco fornece inúmeras atividades para os viajantes: pesca, passeio de bicicleta, mergulho, praias, apresentações ao vivo, caiaque, piscina aquecida, tv a cabo, etc. As refeições incluídas são muito saborosas e o serviço no restaurante é notável. A limpeza do quarto foi excelente. Meu agradecimento especial para a funcionária Lee que foi gentil e até mesmo aprendeu algumas palavras em meu idioma para se comunicar comigo. A música no barco foi muito agradável também. Para ajudar os outros viajantes deixo duas dicas: 1 - hospese-se por pelo menos 2 noites para aproveitar ao máximo a experiência. Ha Long Bay merece toda atenção dispensada. 2 - A internet é bastante instável. Se precisa trabalhar, considere uma alternativa à oferecida a bordo.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical.
Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing
The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

PPengguna TetamuIf you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.

BbabyjobeThe boat looked great on the outside, but in fact was quite deteriorated on the inside, especially for the room. The jacuzzi bath tub has obvious stains, where my parents' toilet cover was not fully intact. The actual rooms that we received were far worsen than the advertised photos we expressed to see.
Having said that, the crew did an amazing job in serving from embarking to disembarking. The crew manager was well talented, from tour guiding to cooking class teacher and tai chi master.... He was so hard working! In terms of food, we were served tons of dishes until we could not take it any further. Food quality wasn't as great as we anticipated, but it was still above average.
We now strongly suggest that the cruise owner needs to renovate the entire ship of aqua elegance.
