Perfectly functional, inexpensive no-frills motel, reasonably comfortable for spending the night after a concert downtown. Only objectionable experience was a whiff or two of ********* smoke passing a certain room and no real breakfast to speak of--only pre-packaged pastries and coffee/tea, which don't count in my book.Plenty of restaurants nearby, however, including a Mexican grill across the parking lot, and the neighborhood felt safe. Parking is somewhat tight, and although we lucked out, we understand the place's small lot fills up completely before it reaches capacity. Quiet enough, but we were in an end room on the third floor (all of five rooms up there).
