"We had a wonderful stay here at the Blenman inn. The property is absolutely stunning, each room unique and so so beautiful. Love how the house has been kept with most of the old woodwork, and it was decorated for Christmas which was such a nice treat for us. The hospitality is beyond what you’d get at any high end hotel, with such care to detail for each request big or small. If we are ever in Tucson again we will be staying here!"

"HILTON, at one time, signified reliable excellence.  The reputation was a significant factor in my choosing Hilton. My, how the mighty have fallen.   There was no one to help with my luggage.  The front desk staff were,  hmmm, let me think of a polite word for BITCHES.  Nevert mind, that's what they were.   The room was not as pictured.  The room itself was decent enough for a discount long term stay but not for those looking for more than just decent.   However, the little omelettes were good, the potatoes well prepared, and the yoghurt (if you overlooked the way it is dispensed) was more than adequitely supplied with condiments.  "

"It's about a 10-minute walk from Tucson Airport. Daytime temperatures reach 36°C, so I recommend taking the hotel shuttle instead of walking. The airport is very small; you can walk from one end to the other in five minutes. The hotel is very quiet; you can't hear any airplane noise. The hotel receptionists are quite helpful and talkative—a good opportunity to practice your English. The room has a coffee machine, shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc. There are no slippers or toothbrushes. There are two types of coffee in the lobby, and breakfast is served, but it's rather simple."

"Very good hotel! It's very close to the school's graduation ceremony venue, and there are many restaurants on the street behind! The bed and sofa in the room are very comfortable and new! The desk is also very useful! The best thing is that the light is bright and sufficient. My favorite is the cactus lamp base, which is super cute and special! Highly recommended! If you are going to school to attend activities, this is the right place to stay!"

"My husband and I have stayed at numerous B and Bs. Inn-keeper Amy has created a bespoke experience that ranks the Armory Inn at the top. Farm to table breakfasts, sourced locally, hydration station with ice, an easy locking system to remember and very comfortable rooms , complete with coffee, tea and mini-fridge, are just a few of the up-scale amenities. The outside space with numerous seating areas, in and out of shade, provides quiet after a busy day; supported by a trickling fountain that reminds you of an Italian villa, where you can enjoy the Armory Happy Hour. Staff Sheila and Dora are so pleasant and always available to answer questions; plus gourmet cooks in the kitchen! When in the Tucson area, this is the place to stay."

The Blenman Inn ★★★
"In mid-October, a friend and I spent a wonderful three nights at the Blenman Inn. We rented the Sydney Marie suite which is in the front of the house and features a door leading directly to the side garden with a swimming pool. The suite which features two rooms (one which is quite large and grand and another which is modest, but very pleasant) is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. While most of the space is large and open the bathroom in the Sydney Marie suite is a bit tight, but it was fine. Just don't rent this room expecting a luxury bath (though it appears other rooms at the Inn do have quite large baths.) The decor of the common areas is also very beautiful, and guests are provided with a very nice breakfast each morning. Other snacks, including fresh baked cookies, are available to guests at all times. I really enjoyed having breakfast and speaking Amy, one of the innkeepers, who was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The Blenman is also conveniently located on an incredibly quite street only a few blocks from downtown. Additionally the Inn offers parking at an adjacent lot, All in all, our stay here was an amazing experience. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Tucson. I very highly recommend The Blenman Inn."
