Kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat keseluruhan selama 7 hari kami menghabiskan masa di Hotelito Azul! Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Menariknya, rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah mempunyai pelari yang hebat di kaki katil mereka jadi mungkin hanya konsisten dengan itu akan membuat perbezaan yang besar! Anda bangun ke bakul comel dengan kopi setiap pagi dan mereka akan mengisi semula air minuman anda seberapa banyak yang anda perlukan di dalam bilik. Kami tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang kakitangan. Anda berkomunikasi dengan mereka melalui What'sApp yang menawarkan respons pantas kepada sebarang soalan atau kebimbangan atau semasa memesan makanan/minuman. Larissa, concierge itu HEBAT. Dia mengalu-alukan kami setiap hari dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu mengisi perjalanan dengan pengalaman indah sama ada lawatan, tempat tempatan yang bagus untuk makanan/minuman atau logistik. Kami menyewa skuter dari hotel kebanyakan hari percutian kami dan ia sangat berbaloi. Kami mendapati harga di seberang jalan lebih murah namun kami menyukai kemudahan menyewa melalui hotel. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. Ini mengehadkan keupayaan kami untuk duduk di pantai malangnya, kerana satu-satunya kelegaan daripada panas adalah pancuran mandian di luar. Yang, sekali lagi, indah, tetapi bukan lautan. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning with amazing views. The staff were lovely, especially Frida who was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was in a movie with how stunning our room was - we had an ocean view with a balcony pool and access path to the beach / beach club. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was really good. I loved that the hotel had a small gym, equiped with modern facilities. The hotel also has so many lovely small touches like welcome cocktails, good night desserts, “good morning” messages in the sand outside your room and fresh fruit ice blocks provided at the beach club. I feel there needs to be more transparency with the service charge on the bills - I didn’t realised until a few days into our stay that there was a further section to the bills we were signing that was covered by the booklet they present you with. The bill should be shown in full, or the total placed above where you sign. Whilst the staff were lovely, we often had items missing from our breakfast each morning. The breakfast is also quite small with 1 x serving of yogurt between two. It would be great if the pool could be cleaned during the stay, or some jets put into the pools to move the water around and into the filter. At current the water is stagnant and doesn’t get filtered and a lot of things fly into the pool from the garden. Whist this seems small, when you are paying the price you are for the hotel, these small things should be addressed.

We visited Pacha Tulum in Jan 2023 and were totally disappointed by the Hotel. The only thing good about this place is that the staff is helpful and polite. We found the hotel room over-priced for the value it provided. The room was dirty, with bed sheets having some sort of stains, the window wasn't locked leading to mosquitoes being present in the room when we checked in. The room is very small compared to how it looks in their pictures and for the price we paid. It is worth your money if and only if you get the room under $100 per night, anything more and I would recommend other hotels a short walk away from this place. It is located at a very busy intersection with no onsite parking even though the website claims it has parking. I would like to mention though that the staff member helped us park in the hotel's drive way but there is no guaranteed parking. There were also issues with the lighting and the beds as they had nails sticking out. Overall the hotel is very different from the pictures posted online and I wonder how it has 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor!

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you. My rating does not include the quality of food...

The staff is amazing! Our visit was over Chris**as. We stayed in the adventure penthouse with the suspension bridge access. Unfortunately and very unexpected the restaurant was not open. I inquired about making reservations for Chris**as Eve and Chris**as.. I was not informed that it was closed. That was the only disappoin**ent and inconvenience. You will need a taxi or take a bike to get supplies. Town is close and a nice adventure 😉. They provide cookware for the stove top. The stairs connect each floor. When it rains they get very slippery. My husband slipped and fell, be very careful The rooms are beautiful. Everything you need even big spray! Use it!!!! We were not a big fan of the rainshower over the tub with no curtain. Everything gets wet and the floors get slick so you end up using the towel to dry the floors. The private rooftop space with the plunge pool is amazing. The pool swing needs updating. The bikes to town were the best. We also did the beach. We definitely want to explore more next time. Rubi is definitely a very special place. If the restaurant would have been open it would have been perfect! The new airport opened in Tulum. That will make it easier.. It is down a bumpy dirt road. We had difficult time getting a cab to bring us back when we went into town for dinner. Need a van or SUV. Make sure you arrange this ahead of time.. It was the little hiccups that made the experience that much more special. We are very easy going so we made the best of it. We look forward to returning and experiencing Baxale..

Our wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!
