Perjalanan ke-6 kami ke kawasan Cancun, pertama kali tinggal di sini - pengalaman yang indah. Kakitangan yang hebat dan penuh perhatian. Pantai dan terumbu karang yang cantik. Snorkeling bagus - ikan yang cantik, karang tumbuh semula di terumbu luar. Kualiti makanan adalah lebih baik daripada yang diharapkan - makan tengah hari nampaknya pilihan terbaik dengan makan malam menjadi pilihan kedua.
Menghargai perhatian terhadap penyu yang bertelur dan menetas- meminta pakar datang setiap malam untuk melindungi dan menandakan kawasan dengan jelas untuk memastikan mereka selamat.
Kedai menyelam sangat bagus - memerlukan sepasang stoking untuk mengelakkan sirip menggosok lepuh - mereka memesannya semalaman untuk saya.
Kakitangan restoran adalah cantik. Atendan bilik hebat - menyukai seni tuala!!

Loved this place. I went alone & still had a great time. A nice slice of heaven. Snorkeling from the beach was difficult due to current & rocky bottom. Guides are available for a price. Very lush. I liked the restaurants.

Akumal was amaizing, I highly reccomend snorkling with the turtles. The resort is very laid back which my wife and I were looking for. If you're into heavy entertainment, activies all day, bars that are bumping this is not your spot. But if you want relaxed and chill it's very enjoyable. We got massages and the spa was great as well. Food wasn't the best we've ever had at an all inclusive but it was above average. The Brazillian Steakhouse was by far our favorite. Our only small snafu was one day we had to ask three times to get the bottled water replenished in our room, but other than that incident the staff was incredbily courteous, kind and helpful. I definitely highly reccomend the resort.

My wife and I came here for our 35 anniversary. There was a little bit of a hiccup on the first day with room service. But the staff and hotel made it right and treated us like VIPs the whole time we were there. The Spa and spa staff were wonderful and the restaurants treated so very very nicely. Food was wonderful and the staff around the resort were so nice. We are planing to return this may with our family.

The property was so beautiful and the service was excellent! They were doing renovations in some of the rooms in the building we were in, so the noise in the daytime was loud. But the rooms are in need of updating, so I’m glad they are doing it. We were not in the room much during the daytime anyway because there were plenty of shaded Bali Beds where we were able to enjoy afternoon naps while listening to the ocean sounds.
I do not recommend ordering room service. My husband ordered a Caesar salad and we are pretty sure the dressing had gone bad in the heat by the time it got to our room. He became very ill and had to go to the hospital. The resort doctor was very kind and the hospital they sent us to provided excellent care and they made sure we got back to resort safely and in time to meet our ride to the airport.
Overall it was a very relaxing vacation. The spa was beautiful and the massages were wonderful! We look forward to returning someday when the renovations are completed.
