A very functiona, pleasant hotel considering the design of the commom areas. The rooms are large, with a clean setting that still lacks some amenities (just an open rack for clothes, no towel hangers). Our room (# 110), shared an opaque glass window with the internal hall that let through the light: a nuisance for a good night's sleep; the room's design does not include a well iluminated mirror necessary for makeups, put on contact lenses or shavings. Their employees ate very attentive and take a good care of the maintenance. Beyond the swimming pool area (surrounded by a nice garden),, the building's terrace offer a nice 360⁰ view of the region besides 4 very confortable cubic pools. The restaurant where breakfast is served also offers lunch service: even though it doesn't have a wine list, they will charge you a 500 pesos (around US$ 30,00) as a corkage fee.

The hotel was very stylish and rooms very spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. They really went out of their way to help you with booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was good.

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you.

I’m surprised that this hotel doesn’t have more outstanding reviews. It is in a gorgeous local district, La Veleta, which has lovely independent restaurants / bars and brunch places. It’s a 5/10 minute taxi to the beach. It is 500mxn each way. It’s excellent value. Breakfast is very tasty. It is a vegetarian restaurant so have that in mind; but the beyond meat burger is excellent for a hangover cure. There are enough restaurants in easy walking distance. The pool is simply stunning. Gets the sun. The staff are so friendly. The munchies shop is excellent. 10/10 for what is a very good value hotel.

Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. PPengguna TetamuOur wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning with amazing views. The staff were lovely, especially Frida who was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was in a movie with how stunning our room was - we had an ocean view with a balcony pool and access path to the beach / beach club. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was really good. I loved that the hotel had a small gym, equiped with modern facilities. The hotel also has so many lovely small touches like welcome cocktails, good night desserts, “good morning” messages in the sand outside your room and fresh fruit ice blocks provided at the beach club. I feel there needs to be more transparency with the service charge on the bills - I didn’t realised until a few days into our stay that there was a further section to the bills we were signing that was covered by the booklet they present you with. The bill should be shown in full, or the total placed above where you sign. Whilst the staff were lovely, we often had items missing from our breakfast each morning. The breakfast is also quite small with 1 x serving of yogurt between two. It would be great if the pool could be cleaned during the stay, or some jets put into the pools to move the water around and into the filter. At current the water is stagnant and doesn’t get filtered and a lot of things fly into the pool from the garden. Whist this seems small, when you are paying the price you are for the hotel, these small things should be addressed.

PPengguna TetamuMy fiancé and I came to visit the Mexican Riviera with stops in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum and I must say this was by far the best of the 4 hotels that we have stayed so far and the others were all very nice, upscale resorts. This place is like a hidden paradise in the jungle of Tulum and is very close to both the beach and the downtown areas. The pool here is so beautiful and relaxing and they even host a daily social hour with free cocktails and snacks. They also provide free bicycles to use to take to the beach or wherever you want to go. The rooms are also very gorgeous and accommodating with everything you might need. And I have to say that Jesus at the main bar was excellent and provided very great to us all week while we were here. Next time we come to the Riviera we will skip Cancun and Playa to head straight here to the Aluna. Thank you all for a great stay. We will be back.

They offer bike service at reception for $300 pesos but I think they should include it for free for the guests. Service at pool was poor. They only had a young lady that was not helpful at all. She didn’t want to prepare a piña colada because she didn’t have the Bacardi.:(

PPengguna TetamuWie waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Seit 2017 eigentlich jedes Jahr! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut! Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum und es gibt überall etwas zu sehen. Durch den Besitzer Fabio ist auch ein Hauch italienisches Temperament vorhanden. In den letzten 5 Jahren wurde viel Herzblut investiert und das zeigt sich vor allem an der tropischen Gartenanlage die mit dem Restaurant Casa Mia fast verschmilzt. Wir wurden immer hervorragend bedient und das Essen war super. Hier einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Meseros Nayeli, Eleazar, Bety, und Brandon und an die Küche Genaro und Luis!! Die familiäre und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre hat uns einen wundervollen Urlaub gegeben. Besten Dank dafür, Daniel + Andrea

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.
