"I didn’t have a great experience with the concierge, especially when it came to arranging cabs. They seemed more focused on making extra money, particularly from foreigners like us, which left a bad impression. The staff, in general, seemed a bit grumpy, with very few smiles. Additionally, the lift was small and felt cramped. The hotel entrance lacked both security and warmth, which was disappointing. When you think of a brand like Radisson, you expect a certain level of quality and customer service. Unfortunately, the rooms felt outdated and in need of renovations. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the standard I had anticipated."
