One of the worst experience I had at Lords Inn Udaipur. The reason I chose this property because of my earlier experiences at Lords Inn Saputara & Somnath. The unit is not maintained. Unprofessional Staff. Looks like since Mr. Rishi Puri has left Lords, the standards have gone for a toss. --At the check in time , the staff was busy watching cricket match on his mobile - It took good 5 mins for someone to come and help us with our luggage - The rooms are not maintained well, full of seepage and cracks - The Black outs in the room were not closing properly - Booked my booking through GoIbibo , with guaranteed late c/o upto 01:00 PM, still reception insisted us to check out ASAP, had to call Goibibio customer care and get this sorted. Front office is completely in a chaos , it's high time you guys get some professional to handle the front office. Two girls at the reception, one in western formals and the other one in Saree , were very helpful F&B service and food quality was superb

not recommended The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

excellent experience staying here , Mr Ritik sir was so supportive and understanding . He went some extra miles to managed a food for my 11 month old baby. Really appreciated for all the support. Would really looking forward to stay again in lords inn

Everything from rhe reception at arrival , to hospitality food , housekeeping was par excellent . The reception staff and restaurant staff and as well as housekeeping staff all were very polite and always ready to help all the time. Good luck will meet again.

Wonderful experience in the neat clean hotel.enjoyed the delicious food on the rooftop ***** side the swimming pool enjoyed every moment in the nature . Room is very good and all staff is very helpful Specially thanks to housekeeping supervisor Avinash baranda.He is very good guy.
