Is a convenient place right up the interstate but they like to charge you even though you already booked with Trip they still like to charge you more

Crystal at The office was very helpful. We went to our room and found there was not a plate in the microwave. Crystal got on the phone immediately to find out if there was a replacement that she could put in there for us, no replacement was found she offered to move us to a different room. She went above and beyond making sure our needs were met. Thank you, Crystal.

They gave out adjoining room that I reserved months ago to someone else. We had to travel down highway at 11:00pm to try and find another place after driving for 14 hours with 4 kids!! Ridiculous!!!

The hotel was fine. Nothing fancy. Mostly clean. The town of Unadilla doesn't have much to do. One resturant, a DQ a couple of gas stations, a few Dollar Stores, a liquor store and that's about. No bars or taverns. Not much for entertainment.

It was old but impeccably clean. The place was a great value and conveniently close to I 75. It is a motel so was quite convenient to bring in our things.

The hotel was in very good condition given the price range and star rating. It was the cleanest motel I have been to in a long time. Simple rooms, but clean and decent. Perfect for a quick overnight on a long roadtrip.

The coffee maker dumps water all over the counter it’s sitting on. Coffee maker is non functional.

Our room was fine for a one night stay. Very clean. Furniture a little rough. Has some noisy neighbors!

Not a place I would recommend. The hotel is not near anything else. No stores or gas around. Very rundown area. The room was ok. Looks like they are trying to update but not doing a great job. The toilet rocked and wasn’t secure. The walls were paper thin and you could hear what was going on in the other rooms. The lady at front desk wasn’t very friendly. It is a continental breakfast. Nothing hot.(no eggs orSausage)

Nice, comfortable room. Very quiet, possibly because they weren't crowded the night we stayed. Hotel clerk in the morning was unusually friendly and helpful!

The lady that talked to me onbthe phone and then checked us in at 8pm was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty for continental bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, 2 cereals, apples, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, coffee , tea, milk and condiments.

Stayed here for one night on our trip south. Our king, jetted-tub room was on the side of the hotel away from the highway so it was quiet. The room was perfectly comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was a bit sparce but adequate. Good value for the price.

Was a lot of noise and pounding coming from room next to me all night. Did not get much sleep

When we arrived, although I had already paid ******* for the one night room, they had a glitch in their system and we had to wait about 15 minutes in their tiny little entrance for our key. We were tired from driving 9 hours, so it was annoying. The coffee urn I used in the morning, the coffee was luke warm and had to heat in microwave. They did have fresh bagels, yogurt and spreads for bagels so that was a plus. We were highway side, so the traffic was heard right through our room all evening. Its location is not close to anything so it may have been better to book a room in a town with amenities.
