Hotel Utrecht dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located about five mins walk from the Utrecht station and the shopping mall. There is a mini fridge, kettle and a coffee machine in the room which is really handy.

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Personeel is allemaal bijzonder vriendelijk. De Queenkamer was knus, gezellig en erg schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer en heerlijke luxe doucheproducten in grote flessen aan de muur (zelfs aan conditioner en bodylotion is gedacht!). Heerlijke comfortabele bedden en warme inrichting. Ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk; ook hierbij was aan alles gedacht en zelfs toen wij ons vergist hadden in de tijd werd alles uit de kast gehaald om het ons toch naar de zin te maken. Het hotel is inderdaad ietwat gehorig maar ik denk ook dat dat veelal met het sociaal gedrag van andere gasten te maken heeft. Als ik midden in de nacht naar mijn hotelkamer ga dan ben ik gewoon stil maar helaas is niet iedereen zo en dan wordt je inderdaad wakker ‘s nachts. Afstand tot centrum is super. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

Unfortunately, this was one of my lesser hotel experiences. I had booked (and paid for) a room but walked away frustrated during check-in because of the receptionist's attitude. Here's my story in brief: Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the tourist tax. I noted that I had anticipated this since I had also paid these costs on-site during my stay at the same hotel the previous week; however, the booking had stated that the price included all taxes and fees. It wasn't about the amounts (just a few euros). My comment was intended as feedback, so the hotel could better align the information on the booking sites with reality. The staff member immediately became defensive and claimed I was wrong and that the problem was with the booking sites. As if I had made a mistake. After this unpleasant reception, I went to my room. I had specifically looked for a hotel room with a larger bed for more space around me and had found a twin bed online at Leonardo. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be a single bed, pushed against the wall. When I mentioned downstairs that I had booked a twin bed, I was told that I was wrong according to her system. A kind of blaming discussion ensued, stating I could have known this because I had been there the previous week (although I had a different room with a double bed then). I could get another room, but for an extra charge. When she asked me to send a screenshot, I pressed forward in my confirmation email and handed her my phone to enter the email address. Apparently, my attitude was not right: she said she would refused to help me further this way. She was busy enough (I was the only guest at the reception at that time). I did not use a single rude word and simply spoke in a calm tone. The approach of blaming the other first, responding gruffly and unfriendly, and then making accusations was unacceptable to me. I left and booked a hotel room elsewhere, where taxes and fees were indeed included in the online paid amount. It was anything but a relaxing evening in preparation for my next workday. For comparison, my hotel experience from the previous week: the room was decent, somewhat dated, but the location is ideal next to the station. The staff were much friendlier and more polite then. My stay was otherwise satisfactory.

Enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza. The staff were very friendly, there was a good selection of food for breakfast and our room was very nice (we were on the sixth floor). The hotel is close to the station and it is a short walk into the centre of Utrecht. Our room looked out over the railway lines; we didn't have a problem with that but if you are after a hotel with scenic views this probably isn't the hotel for you.

This is surely the best hotel in Utrecht. The site is very quirky with multiple buildings. I overheard someone saying it used to be a military hospital! Was there for 2 nights. On the first day a few things weren’t as expected, but my better half spoke to one of the managers and this turned in to one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They couldn’t do enough for us. They even found out where we were having dinner on Friday night, called them and paid our bar bill. Who does that?? I’ve never seen that before. Their bar is cozy with a fire, the restaurants were very busy and we didn’t book, so didn’t get to try the food, but it looked amazing from what I could see. The staff are very very good; exactly what you would expect from a 5 star, but they went above and beyond for us, all over a tiny issue

Hotel DeBlend is located across from the headquarters of Douwe egberts in a semi-industrial area of town, but was very quiet and very convenient. The air conditioning is a terrible inconvenience just like it appears to be in every other European hotel except for the hunfelt. You are not actually in control of the temperature of your room it just makes it a little more cool for a little more warm. You don't have any real control. We found it got a bit warm at night. It is a primarily self-service hotel, but the instances where we required human assistance, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The kitchen is very convenient feature for anyone staying more than a few days. We highly recommend 2L DeBlend.

Very friendly staff. Nice modern hotel outside the center. Parking ( payable ) at the hotel. The room is nice. There is a breakfast buffet which is basic but ok. They started to offer dinner as well. Not too much choice but good thing that you can eat there now

Prima hotel, goede locatie en lekker bed. Het zag er allemaal vrij nieuw uit.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a superior room and first impressions are good - a great size room and very clean. However the bathrooms are tiny and very hard to move around it especially with the lack of space to get into the bath / shower combo. My room was situated on the main room which was very noisy with tram and business making you feel like the windows are shaking. Also in other NH hotels you have a free bottle of water on arrival however here that was not the case and a bottle was €3.70 in the reception shop which was very expensive.

We had a wonderful time at the Court Hotel and would definitely stay again when we return to Utrecht. We initially booked one of the canal rooms but didn't realise that they were in a different location to the main hotel. The room was nice and only a few minutes walk away but as we were holidaying with a friend who was in the main hotel we asked if we could move. This was arranged without any fuss and we were extremely happy with our new room. The hotel is clean and modern and located in a quiet area minutes from the centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our experience was really positive. We plan to return as soon as possible.
