Ulasan Hotel Newitaya

Neat and clean, quit enough for a good sleep. I forgot Japan's charges are in two leg and they are willing to lend whatever I need.

The photos of the single room are completely misleading. The furniture is all very old wooden equipment, the bedside lamp was broken, and the refrigerator made a loud noise all night, making it impossible to sleep well. I definitely won't choose this place again.

Facilities: Decent. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very quiet. Service: Very thoughtful.

The hotel's location is good; it's about a 5 or 6-minute walk from the west exit of the JR station. However, the facilities are somewhat outdated. The trip to Utsunomiya was for convenience when heading to Nikko the next day, and the money paid was only enough for a capsule hotel stay in Tokyo, so there's nothing to complain about.

The hotel room smelled bad, and there were stains on the walls. Worst of all, the air conditioning was broken; it was extremely cold when on, and hot when off, making it completely uncomfortable. There was a sign by the bed that said "Currently out of service," which was just shocking. Despite this, the price was the same as a regular hotel, and it just seemed like they were showing disrespect to their customers under the guise of being a "traditional hotel." When I told the front desk, they just kept repeating "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," and no concrete action was taken. I never want to stay here again, and this is a hotel that should be avoided at all costs.

The carpets and sofas are very bad. The location is close to the station and the service is a bit problematic, but not bad. The breakfast is okay, but the price increase from 1,000 yen to 1,650 yen is a bit unreasonable.

The location is a little closer to the JR line, but it's also within walking distance of the Tobu station, and it's close to convenience stores and the downtown area. The room was particularly perfect and I had a very pleasant stay. It was a shame that I couldn't ventilate the room as I didn't know how to open the window.

I wanted to leave early to secure a local parking lot, but it would have been even better if the hotel's morning parking lot opened at 6:30 for a limited time. I will use it again if I have the opportunity. thank you very much.

フロントの方が優しかったです。 JR宇都宮駅にも、宇都宮二荒山神社にもほどよい距離で、便利な立地でした。 駅からの道のりが簡単で助かりました。 ベッドのシーツの上のカバーが。。。 水回りの。。。 水回りは、築年数のこともあるのでしょうがないのかもしれません。 許容範囲内の方もいらっしゃると思いますが。個人的には心地よくはなかったです。

価格に対して十分な広さと清潔さを持った部屋に宿泊するこよができました。あえて辛口評価をするならば宇都宮駅からやや遠いです。

ユニットバスの浴槽が汚れていました。また、部屋全体に歴史を感じました。

バスルームが下水臭かった。 空調が効かない。
