Perfect location for a very important meeting in Beaconsfield and also so convenient for Heathrow too… great rooms and a very enjoyable offer on breakfast and dinner meal deal…

Sadly Room was in poor condition, smelt of smoking by previous occupants, heating did not work. The evening meal and breakfast was poor quality, the restaurant and furniture is in poor condition, chairs badly stained, we were greeted by builders in high viz vests for breakfast made it feel like a transport cafe. Very disappointed could not wait to get back home.

We have stayed very regularly at Premier Inns all over the UK from their inception and have always found the customer service to be consistently good. However, we stayed at the Uxbridge Riverside Premier Inn on Sunday 19th March 2024 and were amazed at the wonderfully warm welcome we received from Alison, the receptionist on duty at the time of our arrival. We had stayed at the same hotel during 2023 and had met Alison then but really didn't expect her to remember me and even my name! She also remembered our preferred room and that we had booked for Christmas last year but had to cancel! This is what I call Customer Service and Alison's overall friendly, helpful and efficient manner has proved second to none and is a major factor in my husband and I choosing to stay at the Premier Inn Uxbridge, Riverside whenever we are in the area. Thank you, Alison, hope to see you again very soon! I would also like to commend the receptionist on duty later that same evening but unfortunately didn't get her name. She too, was incredibly helpful and very willing to do anything we needed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Excellent service at check in by Trudi who spotted my Mum had a walking stick and, without being prompted, moved us to a ground floor room nearer to reception. We've stayed here before and it's always been Excellent, and in a brilliant location.

Very understaffed. 1 person running the bar .restraunt and reception. Paid for ultimate WiFi. Snail goes faster. Pointless if you need to work. Frustrating. Staff that they have are doing their best but management need to employ more . It would be a far better place. If more that 5 people in the restraunts be prepared to wait 90 mins for your starter. And it comes with your main. Staff so busy they forget requests of cups and towels etc. Come on management sort it out

Convenient for west London access. Predictablely as you would expect a premier inn. Clean and comfortable rooms. Efficient helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Semi industrial estate surroundings but fine for couple nights. One slight ****** was the strange sickly smell in the corridors, this was there a few years ago as I recall so must be part of building or issue they can't resolve. Definitely didn't affect room I was in or spoil night stay. Beefeater next door which again was up to expected standard and had nice meal.

So pleased with our stay. Bath and shower were amazing! Bed was super comfy, room temperature was perfect. Easy access to the pub over road which we wanted. Staff exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.

the place could do with a good clean, the smell in all the corridors was sickening, it was very difficult to get drinking water unless you left the building and went to the restaurant. the complimentary tea and coffee was very minimal.
