Nice location. Stayed a few nights. Started well enough, but when the crowds arrived, it became rather unpleasant. The place is congested, elevators are slow, too many people come down for breakfast at the same time, food runs out and staff struggle to cope. It is impossible to access reception or get into or out of the building when the coaches arrive. The large bed was not terribly comfortable, the pillow are ready flimsy, and the cleaning had not been done on my last day (was told too many guests to cope). Asked for late checkout which was not possible due to too many guest. Breakfast on the last day, ran out of food, and was was left was rather unappealing. Shame about the unpleasant experience. One of the server kept coughing over the food during breakfast. We were glad to be out of the place....

The place is congested, elevators are slow, too many people come down for breakfast at the same time, food runs out and staff struggle to cope. It is impossible to access reception or get into or out of the building when the coaches arrive. The large bed was not terribly comfortable, the pillow are ready flimsy, and the cleaning had not been done on my last day (was told too many guests to cope). Asked for late checkout which was not possible due to too many guest. Breakfast on the last day, ran out of food, and was was left was rather unappealing. Shame about the unpleasant experience. One of the server kept coughing over the food during breakfast. We were glad to be out of the place....
