Amazing customer service and hospitality. We got included breakfast everyday which was made to order and always served warm. The hotel is in the heart of the city which made almost everything walking distance and shopping very easy. Everything about the hotel was very clean and friendly. Towels were also shaped as different animals everyday. Sanjay and Manhar were very friendly throughout the whole stay.

A warm, gentle hotel, rich in tradition and pleasant in care. Excellent location, good food, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast spread was modest in diversity but with plenty of local favour. Hard to improve upon perfection for what was just a short one-night stay.

We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Grand Mercure Ballroom at the Surya Palace in Vadodara. Guests and all of us had an amazing time. Service, Decor and food were of the highest quality. Authentic food taste for all the different cuisines we had won’t different meals. Serving staff was friendly and in particular live counter servers were doing nice job of attending to the guests. Highly recommend this venue as a one stop shop for event. You will get the right advice and all the support you will need to ensure that your function goes through as per your expectations. Animesh, our account manager was there at the every stage to guide and ensure that everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with the end to end experience!

A great hotel with lovely staff. They take care of you so well and make you feel at ease as if you it is your own home. A fantastic property and it offers you lovely food at Mynt the coffee shop and the vey well renowned Kai Asia dishing out Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes which are just lip smacking. You feel the love and warmth in the air with the staff around.

Great stay. Jay , in reception, who said was from Jamnagar, was very polite and helpful. Rooms spacious ,clean, bed well made but not changed during our three days stay. WiFi in room, tea making facility in room, security box in room, bathroom clean, forceful shower with both hot and cold water , Laundry service and in room ironing facility. Food was excellent, Gobinda Singh an intern from Uttarakhand and Rajat the cook from Calcutta were helpful ,so also all others in dining , choice in dinner both vegetarian and non vegetarian . Breakfast well prepared including masala tea and coffee. Parking space and quick service for our baggage transfer, all of good standard We enjoyed our stay, possibly will return as a stop over next year for a tour to Kutch

We visit for dinner with my family. Ambiance was superb and well decorated. Food was so delicious and yummy. The main part service. Service was excellent. Specially Mr. Chandan, Mr. Tarun Pusti ,Rakesh, Himkala, nirasha, kunjan, krish, samiksha. Every one provided very smoothly service us. Lobby was cleaning.

Our recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri hotel fell short of expectations, lacking the hallmark quality we associated with the Hilton brand. Firstly, the condition of the towels provided was disappointing, with evident signs of wear and tear that should have prompted their replacement long ago. The breakfast and dinner provided was average, with issues concerning both the quality of the food and its temperature (had to send noodles back twice because they were only lukewarm). Also, some issues with basic food hygiene - one of the dinner staff members, to our amazement, used his bare hands to nudge some noodles back into the pot it came in when he placed it on our table! Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, tables were not promptly cleared compromising hygiene standards. This was even when they were not busy – it was empty! In conclusion, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri did not meet the expected standards associated with the Hilton brand. If this is their accepted standard for this class of hotel, we won’t be staying at their hotels again. With improvements needed in various areas, it's challenging to recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

okay so I stayed for a weekend and I've had best experience with room service,amenities cleanliness and overall ambience. although a bit difficulty with the power supply and doorbell . but those were minor issues overall we enjoyed and it is good place if you want to escape City rush and spend time in lap of nature 🙂
