Ini adalah harga terbaik yang pernah saya menginap di Hotel Crown Harganya sangat berbaloi. Harga hanya separuh daripada harga berbanding tahun-tahun sebelum ini, tetapi layanannya masih sangat mesra. Saya menghadapi masalah kecil di tengah, dan pihak hotel bertindak balas dengan cepat dan aktif menyelaras dan menanganinya. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pengurus Selina. Jika anda masih teragak-agak, masih disyorkan untuk menginap di Crown pada harga ini.

酒店很老了，看得出以前是很輝煌的。 房間挺大的，床品很可愛，小玩具太多了...全部搬進大衣櫃... 前台和房間不在同一個樓，早餐和住宿也不在一起啊，好在也不遠都有電梯。 寵物友好是個亮點。

We had a fantastic stay which was made even better by a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and had toiletries for kids. There are many amenities available and the toiletries given is definitely more then the other hotels. Bottled water are easily accessible in every floor which is a great idea. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The meals in the hotel are tasty with huge portions given. Overall, it was an excellent experience and will definitely come back again.

性價比很高，交通也方便，完全激發起我出門的慾望（ ´͈ ᵕ ` 設施這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置絕佳，出行打車、逛景點都超方便。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別香。設施齊全且新，洗漱用品品質在線，衞生間乾濕分離設計很貼心。工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房高效，有問必答特別耐心。早餐種類豐富、味道可口，性價比直接拉滿，下次來還選這裏！

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at this trip. The room was especially nice and very reasonable. They even had cute little robots bring your tea to your room. Staff was really nice and helpful. If we are back in Lanzhou will definitely stay there again.

When we arrived at 930pm there was loud construction next door and didn't stop till after 1230am both on the first night and 3rd night. Very loud and difficult to sleep. Room was ok but bed was very hard like sleeping on wood. Breakfast was Chinese breakfast and just mediocre. Hotel advertised a gym , spa and sauna. Gym was 2 small machines stuck in the corner of the 2nd floor out in the open. I could not find the spa or sauna so I asked the front desk and was told ”no have”. I discovered later the next night the spa is outside of the hotel and not affiliated with the hotel. Won't stay here again

酒店在市區邊上，不吵不鬧還是很安靜的。交通出行也很方便。酒店大廳很高大上，很氣派。還承接過國際文化博覽會。前台的服務人員很客氣，也很專業。辦理入住很快。房間面積也很寬敞。房內有加濕器，還帶浴缸。性價比很高。早餐也很豐盛。味道不錯。特別要感謝酒店前廳的王經理。因為是給長輩訂的房間，王經理提前聯繫到我，問了長者的到店時間、注意事項，特意給安排了房間，長者家對手機操作不是很熟練。王經理不僅僅給長者介紹了酒店周邊推薦的旅遊景點，還熱心的幫助預訂了莫高窟的門票。家中長輩不吃牛羊肉，他還給推薦了幾家飯館。長者家對他的印象特備好。非常之感謝，祝酒店生意越來越好。

住了這麼多酒店，感覺五星級酒店也沒有這家的服務好，進到房間，酒店準備了洗腳盆和泡腳包，還手寫了一封温馨的信，立馬有種賓至如歸的感覺，特別是前台小姐姐小高，服務熱情，關懷備至 酒店處在市中心，酒店後面有一個大的停車場，對於自駕的客人，停車是個大難題，選擇這家確實比較方便 酒店的衞生各個方面都挺好的，看得出酒店的管理層是用心的，也培養出了服務至上的員工，讓我在白銀短短的一天，非常的温暖

這次入住體驗特別棒！前台工作人員熱情大方，服務周到！酒店停車特方便，門前就是停車場，直接停好就能輕鬆辦理入住啦！更驚喜的是房間是河景房，推開窗户就能看到寬闊的河景，尤其晚上的河景更美，坐在床邊發會呆都覺得愜意！

這次入住這家温泉酒店真的太滿意了，必須好好誇一誇！從下單預訂開始全程都很省心，訂的温泉套餐還貼心贈送了接站服務特別人性化。一定要打前台電話提前預約 接站 、我提前和前台工作人員預約好了接站時間，溝通特別順暢，工作人員態度超級温柔耐心，回覆及時又細緻，到店辦理入住效率也很高，前台小姐姐禮貌又熱情，全程笑臉相迎，流程辦理得很快，沒有繁瑣等待，服務特別專業貼心。酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，温泉體驗也特別舒服，套餐性價比超高。從接站服務到前台接待，每一處細節都能感受到酒店的用心，服務細緻入微、體驗感滿分，完全超出預期！真心推薦給大家，以後再來這邊還會選擇這家温泉酒店，已經安利給朋友了，值得無限回購～
