Ini adalah harga terbaik yang pernah saya menginap di Hotel Crown Harganya sangat berbaloi. Harga hanya separuh daripada harga berbanding tahun-tahun sebelum ini, tetapi layanannya masih sangat mesra. Saya menghadapi masalah kecil di tengah, dan pihak hotel bertindak balas dengan cepat dan aktif menyelaras dan menanganinya. Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pengurus Selina. Jika anda masih teragak-agak, masih disyorkan untuk menginap di Crown pada harga ini.

白銀飯店，老牌四星酒店，位置很好，周邊吃飯非常方便，酒店前台服務人員熱情周到，很暖心的，三十六年重回故地，依然是格外的親切，感謝酒店前台，和樓層的服務人員！

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

我不怎麼去評論，但這家酒店超出預期的體檢，強烈推薦這家象牙塔科教酒店，走進酒店大廳前台服務楊洋小姐姐都好熱情呀[呲牙][強]辦理很迅速，關鍵很暖心給我免費升級了房型，點贊👍👍！打開房門都是智能客控，主要是房間採光特別好，衞生乾淨沒異味，躺床上很舒服，設施都齊全，洗漱用品啥的都有，周邊吃飯，停車，打開都很方便！性價比高！！[強][強][強][強]下次還住這裏。

蘭州已經來過許多次了 但是都是白天到 夜間中轉離開 這是第一次在蘭州住宿 大大的驚喜 到前台離標準登記入住時間還有一點點距離 但是酒店前台非常温馨地接待了疲憊的我 並且複述了一遍我在攜程上的房間入住要求 同時前台金鑰匙🔑經理給我升級了套房和大堂軟飲券 多要的水也在入住後跟着送到 唯一需要點一下的就是體重秤需要調一下準了 但這絲毫不影響入住體驗 早餐非常豐富 感覺牛肉麪比附近的德元和磨溝沿都好吃😋 酒店位置離蘭州站很近 沒有行李的話幾乎可以步行或者共享單車通勤 蘭州大學城關校區就在隔壁 參觀也很方便 距離東方紅廣場 讀者大道 也不遠 建國飯店不愧是老牌酒店 北京 西安 廣州的我都住過 服務環境設定都是上乘 值得首選 下次再到蘭州 必是不二之選 （純個人體驗 僅供參考 無任何廣告宣傳意圖）

When we arrived at 930pm there was loud construction next door and didn't stop till after 1230am both on the first night and 3rd night. Very loud and difficult to sleep. Room was ok but bed was very hard like sleeping on wood. Breakfast was Chinese breakfast and just mediocre. Hotel advertised a gym , spa and sauna. Gym was 2 small machines stuck in the corner of the 2nd floor out in the open. I could not find the spa or sauna so I asked the front desk and was told ”no have”. I discovered later the next night the spa is outside of the hotel and not affiliated with the hotel. Won't stay here again

酒店在市區邊上，不吵不鬧還是很安靜的。交通出行也很方便。酒店大廳很高大上，很氣派。還承接過國際文化博覽會。前台的服務人員很客氣，也很專業。辦理入住很快。房間面積也很寬敞。房內有加濕器，還帶浴缸。性價比很高。早餐也很豐盛。味道不錯。特別要感謝酒店前廳的王經理。因為是給長輩訂的房間，王經理提前聯繫到我，問了長者的到店時間、注意事項，特意給安排了房間，長者家對手機操作不是很熟練。王經理不僅僅給長者介紹了酒店周邊推薦的旅遊景點，還熱心的幫助預訂了莫高窟的門票。家中長輩不吃牛羊肉，他還給推薦了幾家飯館。長者家對他的印象特備好。非常之感謝，祝酒店生意越來越好。

一進酒店就有熱情的小姐姐倒茶，登記好房間幫我們領到電梯口，開了好長時間的車，打開房間門就被一張賀卡暖了心，還有準備好的養生沐足，整齊的環境衞生；中間有點小插曲，在休息的時候，打掃衞生的阿姨以為我們住的房間是上一個退房客户還沒有清理的房間，就打開了門，結果發現我們在休息，下午就有小姐姐給我們道歉還送了一些很不錯的伴手禮，還準備了寶寶的小拖鞋和小牙刷（這真的很多酒店是做不到的），早上打開窗户陽光真的很好，離開的時候還給我泡了熱熱的茶（這個瓶瓶真的好喜歡），忘記拍早餐了，早餐也很好吃，種類也很多。 在這個小小的城市，很久沒來我的家鄉，被這一個酒店的點點滴滴暖了心，房間小卻應有盡有，包括服務真的看出來是用心培訓了，住過很多酒店，真的感覺這是最棒的一次，小姐姐們都很好🥰🥰🥰

這次入住體驗特別棒！前台工作人員熱情大方，服務周到！酒店停車特方便，門前就是停車場，直接停好就能輕鬆辦理入住啦！更驚喜的是房間是河景房，推開窗户就能看到寬闊的河景，尤其晚上的河景更美，坐在床邊發會呆都覺得愜意！

酒店的地理位置非常優越，周圍風景很好。 最讓人驚喜的當然是温泉區了！池子種類特別多，有各種功能的葯浴池，水温控制得剛剛好，泡在裏面看着周圍的綠植和星空，一週的疲憊瞬間就被治癒了。 我們訂的房間空間很大，設施雖然有點舊，衞生細節做的非常到位。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，還能吃到牛肉麪，味道很贊。自助餐品類齊全。 總之，這是一家非常適合放鬆身心的寶藏酒店，無論是情侶約會還是帶家人出遊都很合適。強烈推薦 。酒店還有接送站服務，提前預約，十分方便。
