The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. I would like to give special praise to the hotel front desk, which was easy to talk to, safe, and focused on the guest experience. The windows were controlled by the front desk, and the night view could see the busy traffic. I would stay here again next time. Not far from anywhere

I really liked everything. The hotel room has an incredible view of the sea, it is clean, it smells nice, the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly, there are various cosmetics in the bathroom. The bathroom is very nice, the bed is incredibly comfortable. This hotel is worth coming to more than once.

The room was spacious with large, floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning mountain views, specifically the ski slopes in winter. It also featured a big balcony perfect for sitting out. The most unique aspect of the room was having two bathrooms, which is quite rare to find in many hotels. In the evening, there was a free iron-flower performance nearby that was absolutely spectacular. We were also given two complimentary cable car tickets, and the view from the mountaintop was breathtaking, making all other peaks seem small in comparison.

This hotel has very obvious pros and cons. Cons: 1. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable, even harder than the cheapest mattress at an Atour Hotel. Combined with the hotel's pillows, which are either too thin or too thick, lying on my back hurt my lower back, and lying on my side hurt my shoulders and neck. This is a major drawback. It felt like a mattress you'd find in a cheap rental. If you stay here, I recommend asking for an extra duvet to put under you as a makeshift mattress – it might help a little. 2. The soundproofing of the room door isn't very good; conversations in the hallway are very clearly audible in the room. 3. This was an incidental issue: the window handle was a bit faulty, so it didn't close tightly. The underfloor heating also seemed to have a problem; I woke up cold in the middle of the night on the first day. There wasn't even a spare blanket in the room. 4. The room is a bit dark. If you have children who need to do homework, it's best to bring your own desk lamp. 5. Hot water from the sink takes a very long time to come out. Pros: 1. The service attitude is excellent; they deliver requested items very promptly. 2. The room is very spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. 3. Although the hotel is a bit far from the cable car, the views are nice. 4. The restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel serves decent food, making dining convenient.

The Orange Hotel is truly the pinnacle. We stayed in Xiongxian specifically for this hotel, and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are all first-rate, with thoughtful decor and a grand sightseeing elevator. The self-service coffee on the first floor is excellent, and they also make cappuccinos and iced Americanos. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The service is friendly, especially at the first-floor reception desk. They even offered souvenirs and even provided medicated oil to keep mosquitoes away. While the surrounding area is relatively undeveloped and mostly consists of resettlement housing, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful and dining options are convenient. The handsome guy who picked us up at the station was a part-time university intern. We were picked up and taken to and from the station by a business car with massage seats—truly excellent service.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Stay in InterContinental ShiJiaZhuang has been never better. From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle. Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss. Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top- notch service. Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too. Highly recommended hotel

We had a slight hiccup during check-in, and traveling with a child, I really didn't want any unpleasantness. However, thanks to the excellent service from Peach 🍑, everything was resolved smoothly. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy. Sometimes, a hotel's quality isn't just about one person's opinion; if everyone could be a bit more considerate of guests, InterContinental would probably avoid a lot of problems! The bunk bed mattresses could definitely be softer; they were really firm, but my child still loved them, oh well!

The most satisfying thing about this trip is to choose this hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff, check in quickly and intimately, and take the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The room was clean and could not be faulted, the layout was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I didn't want to get up when I lay down. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is superb and it is very safe to use. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Expo Center, convenient for eating, shopping and traveling around. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is very good. The price is super high, this stay experience is impeccable, next time you come here, you will definitely choose this one!

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.
