Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

Hardworking and friendly staff, from reception to cleaning to breakfast. Noodle and chinese pancake station, on top of the usual chinese buffet spread, along with dessert and fruits for breakfast.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

The Hilton Shijiazhuang is very well located in the city centre and not too far from major places and close to metro stations. Will come back to this hotel for sure next time when visiting Shijiazhuang.

完全超出預期的一次入住體驗。整個酒店簡約高級的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，很好的度假選擇地。從走進房間的那一刻開始就註定了這趟旅行充滿了驚喜。定的海景房，超大的陽台，海景一覽無遺。房間有各種酒，對我們兩個愛微醺的女孩子來説無疑是驚喜。酒店有接駁車，去哪裡都別接車送很方便。這裏特別感謝我們的管家小姐姐惠子旭還有客房服務員翟曉春。感謝管家的全程安排有求必應，提前説了來陪姐妹過生日想要有生日佈置，預期也就是簡單的小布置，沒想到那麼好看，朋友特別感動！也感謝客房阿姨的細心照料。也讓我們感受到是真的會被在意入住感受的。真心感謝瀾汐感謝所有的工作人員！在大城市習慣了繁忙的工作節奏和生活，在這裏好像時間會變慢，會感受到被温柔對待。還會再來阿那亞，還會再來瀾汐❤️

The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly, attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was very convenient. Amenities were excellent, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a hotel I would gladly recommend to others.

Zhangjiakou is a great place, but not when it’s full of people… Starting from: Pluses: Checked in before 14:00; Accommodated my kid’s needs; Restaurant personnel is great; Mind that breakfast/food is Chinese, western choices are poor. Minuses: Bad cleaning (cleaning left smell of old cloth); No bathrobes, no soap in the room (had to ask for it); When checked in, no one told me about breakfast time, neither wrote where/when on the breakfast voucher; Receptionists mostly are ignoring you; Haven’t told about swimming pool, receptionists are mostly trying to avoid communication, father then help, I was figurinista things myself; Staff doesn’t speak English, when I addressed them, first they said they didn’t understand, and then waited for me to leave the receptionist desk, absolutely inappropriate for that money.
