The location is good but the property is old and a few things are not working but the staff is good they changed the room. It's an average hotel that can be better if the property is renovated

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. First, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, which caused me a lot of inconvenience since I had perishable items that needed to be kept cool. Despite informing the front desk, no one took action to resolve the issue during my stay. Additionally, there was no available parking, and the hotel’s parking situation was a complete mess. I ended up having to park quite far from the hotel, which was very frustrating, especially considering the price I paid. The overall condition of the property also felt unkempt and uninviting. It’s clear that the hotel could use some maintenance and attention to detail.

No parking facility available, rooms quality is extremely poor, no inhouse dining for complimentary breakfast, the rate for night stay should not be more than 1000 plus taxes per person

Stay was awesome, room was specious and with every possible amenities like having refrigerator, good wifi connection, centralised ac, and also has good quality of good. Inshort awesome stay at hotel ace grand i want recommend it to everyone.
