酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

瓦倫西亞雖然不是個熱門旅遊城市，但是這家酒店的服務人員真的超級熱情，從怎麼租自行車，到哪裡去吃飯，怎麼走參觀路線……貼心為你想好。因為這家酒店的服務也更喜歡這個城市。酒店的房間非常的有特色，浴池很大，泡澡的時候相當的舒服，洗漱用品也很贊，房間裏的飲品隨便喝，總之如果再來這裏肯定還會入住，全部滿分！

El hotel es bonito sus instalaciones son cómodas y agradables, malo el desayuno el costo es elevado para un desayuno tan pobre no dan huevos cantidad de panes dulces, fruta y cafe, solo por eso mi estadia no fue la mejor, los huevos no son caros y hacen que un desayuno sea muy apetitoso y nutritivo para un turista. Relacion costo-beneficio 👎🏼Ojo con eso!

Great location for the Football, Museums, Shopping, Cafes/Bars etc. The Hotel was the most economical I could find during our stay primarily to watch Real Madrid vs Valencia at the Mestalla. Easy walking distance to all. Hotel staff very accomodating, all clean, parking not huge but was a godsend for us..and to top it off, the Breakfast was first-class...thoroughly enjoyed it!

Mi hija y su amiga,quedaron muy contentas. Muy cerca de ciutat de las artes. Varias terrazas para fumadores,solarium en azotea y piscina climatizada con chorro cervical, en la misma sala hay sauna y gimnasio según me han contado y he visto por fotos que está genial.Recepcion 24 horas.Les dieron toallas adicionales sin cobrarles nada para usar en la piscina,pudieron nadar cada día y usar la sauna sin problema de tener solamente las toalllas de la habitación,limpieza cada día y cambio de toalllas. Según me contaron ,el desayuno buenísimo,tipo buffet. Sólo una pega ,el parking es demasiado pequeño y estrecho,las vigas sin protección,con lo cual la estancia le salió cara,pues aunque metió el coche con mucho cuidado y paciencia ,tuvieron un golpe en una columna y el hotel no tiene seguro ni se hace responsable en estos casos,aún sin indicar lo estrecha que es la bajada y la falta de protección de vigas en la última planta.Si es posible no uséis el parking.Os saldrán cara la estancia.

Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

首先是酒店的位置十分優越，步行到藝術科學館衹需要10分鐘，酒店門口打車非常方便，周圍就是超市、自行車租賃、各種口味的美食餐廳，離海邊也不遠，步行半小時，打車幾分鐘。房間內特別整齊、用品齊全，還有兩個衞生間，住了三天真是很舒服，特別適合帶娃出行，如果再去，一定會再住！

Nice Boutique hotel. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable & the bathroom clean. The electrical plug points were accessible which for me was important. There was no work table & that was an issue. I was there for 1 night & hence managed to adjust. The restaurant was really the best part of the stay. I had a vegan burger & it was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.

Stopped here on our way back to the UK. Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Parking garage was easy to find. Checkin was easy and room was very comfortable. I have stayed in several AC hotels recently and am enjoying the brand. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant and also enjoyed a great breakfast buffet. Overall a nice experience.
