Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Valencia

Ho trovato questa sistemazione per seguire il MotoGP di Valencia. Zona trafficata ma tutto sommato vicina al centro storico (circa 9min da Ciudad Vella) ed allo snodo autostradale ( 20 min dal Circuito e 15 min. dall'aeroporto). unica nota negativa è che pensavo ci fosse una reception fisica 24h/24H e invece la reception è solo diurna, dalle 10 alle 19. Arrivati intorno alle 21.00 e trovando la reception chiusa abbiamo provato a chiamare il numero dell'assistenza e, gentilmente e con pazienza ci hanno aiutato ad entrare con dei codici di accesso remoto (il portone e l'appartamento hanno serrature elettroniche ). peccato che non ci avessero mandato prima i codici. Per l'auto c'è più di un parcheggio sotto l'abitazione e diversi in zona. materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Camere attrezzate di angolo cottura completo di elettrodomestici e kit di benvenuto! ho apprezzato anche l'acqua omaggio lasciata in frigo (Spesso non lo fanno neanche gli hotel 4*)

A very good experience from start to finish. Spent 7 days here and all elements of the hotel exceeded expectations. Whilst it was 5 star rated, the photo's do not do the rooms justice, they were spacious, meticulously clean and the whole hotel environment was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful at all times, food good and not unreasonably priced for a hotel of this type. Location for a split beach/city break was first class as well.

Très loin du centre à peu près 35 a 40 min en bus , n’empêche la zone de l’hôtel est bien avec pas mal de restau et centre commercial

This is always a good location hotel with good people/ good breakfast/ good location. If i stay in Valencia next time. 100%. I will stay this excellent hotel again

would like to share about our experience received from the hotel reservation officer JOFE!!!A REAL ILL MANNERED!! We made a reservation from the booking.com site and we took the time to contact their reservation team via booking to inform then that we will be arriving around 1 to 2 a.m. I put the exchange made with the hotel in attached and we have been informed that this is not a problem and that the necessary will be done to inform the person receiving us except while arriving at the hotel on 18.09.2022 around 1 a.m. we have had the bad luck to deal with a certain Jofe, a real boor and fool who told us that the reservation is for 2 p.m. and not 1 a.m. We mentioned to him the exchange with his team who confirmed to us that we can come at this time but he did not want to hear anything and asked us to leave the hotel with an authoritarian and arrogant tone and we found ourselves on the street shocked,very angry and disappointed!!! This is their level of service that they provide so pls people do not go there!!!

A lovely place to stay, in an unbeatable location. We stayed in B3B, penthouse with terrace. The terrace is idyllic, sunny with a full awning for shade, high enough to calm the vibrant street noise to a cheerful hum, even during the Fallas! The flat is sp****ly but adequately equipped for two, though a shallow pan big enough for rice dishes would be nice. Be aware the flat is up six steps from its front door, and the terrace up sixteen fairly steep steps with handrail. Staff are friendly and efficient. Two things could be improved: the flat is smart but the floors were filthy. And clearer instructions are needed on exactly where to go for initial check-in: there are four identical blocks in the square and we were phoning frantically from the wrong door until Xavier rescued us.

The hotel location is great for access to the best parts of Valencia. Rooms were clean and a nice size. If you get the room with the jacuzzi, you should know that it is located under a window in the open. We unintentionally visited during the Fallas Festival. Great fun but very loud 24/7. We requested a room in the back of the hotel and that helped. Also, during the Fallas, you cannot drive near the hotel so be prepared to walk for a number of blocks with your suitcase. Front desk staff were pleasant, but not a lot of help with transportation requests like a taxi to the airport. Breakfast is basic. You can do better elsewhere and there are plenty of options steps away. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beautiful Turia Park and the same distance to the cathedral (providing you don't get lost which we did the first time!!). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Only concern was the lack of cupboard space. Kettle was provided but the tea was camomile and no milk. We took our own tea and coffee and just asked for a jug of milk each day which they were happy to give us. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Right from the start they answered our e mails promptly and their English is great. They booked taxis for us from and to the airport. . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. However there were occasions when there was nobody around and we had to go hunt for someone to get us coffee or milk for our cereal. A jug of milk by the cereal would have saved some of that. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Valencia. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accompanying, beautiful hotel and couldn't wish for a better location! Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

Estupendo como siempre ! Visitamos Valencia cada año en familia y nos alojamos siempre en este hotel y cada año estamos más contentos y pensamos ya en volver el próximo año Todos los años en este hotel mejoran las instalaciones y las habitaciones, suelos de madera nuevos y unos paneles de madera en las habitaciones que hicieron más confortable nuestra estancia. Las recepcionistas son un encanto de chicas, amables en todo momento y la limpieza que para nosotros es importante es minuciosa Los baños también son nuevos y tuvieron en consideración nuestra sugerencia de instalar luces con más potencia y luz más blanca en baño y habitación Muchas gracias al hotel y a la fantástica ciudad de Valencia con su clima estupendo.
