Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Valencia

Hotel is located close to The Arts and Science Centre with very futuristic looking buildings (10 min walk). Located 40 mins away (walking distance) from the historic part of Valencia, and located 15 mins away from the beach (driving distance). Hotel room was spacious and had a large king bed. Complementary Breakfast was included and had a very good variety of food compared to Madrid and Barcelona.

The rooms are very clean and nice looking, we were at 7th floor. Also a cleaner was passing through the room every day and the room was always in sparkling condition. The location is perfect just around 30 minutes walking to the historic part of the city

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. En general está bien,las habitaciones son muy basicas y con mobiliario bastante antiguo.La atención fue perfecta, el barrio que hay al lado no es de los mejores de Valencia pero tienes cerca lugares para compras rapidas como Lidl y alguna otra superficie similar.

If you're thinking on staying in valencia this hotel is just perfect at everything Great experience, classy beautiful & comfortable The hotel its in the best meddle of everything, near everything awesome location! The breakfast even better 🤤 worth every penny. Fully recommended!

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and really friendly staff, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from airport & within walking distance of everything. We had booked 2 twin rooms, and after a long checkin process, we went to our rooms to discover that only 1 twin was available, the other was a double - we had booked last year, so ample time for pre-communication, or even being told at checkin rather than discover it ourselves. The staff were not willing to re-work the beds despite a twin divan, nor even acknowledge the hotel had misled us for room type availability. Breakfast is pretty chaotic as the space is far too cramped and people are shuffling past each other to get the rapidly dwindling food. Only one coffee machine was working, leading to long snaking queues which added to the cramped space. Overall I would suggest that this hotel has very little focus on customer service, which is a great shame in suvh a beautiful city

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Hospes Palau de la Mar. The hotel is in a very convenient position within walking distance to everything, close to bus stops and the Metro. All the staff were fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. We were absolutely delighted to discover we had a private terrace with two chairs and a table; what a bonus! The decor was super, just white walls and dark wood, all in keeping with the lovely building. It was clean, quiet, great shower…..I simply can’t fault it. We made use of the pool, which is small but perfect for a refreshing dip (book in with the reception staff). We had a great stay in Valencia, it’s an interesting and very beautiful city. We felt safe everywhere we went and were impressed with everyone’s friendliness. Highly recommended.

Perfect hotel for visiting Valencia. First of all - the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is a short taxi away. So many shops and restaurants in the vicinity but hotel itself is tucked away and very quiet. Hotel is gorgeous. Rooms feel brand new in quality but retained the feeling of stepping back in time in their luxury and decor. Good amenities and extremely clean. Shower / bathrooms appear brand new. Roof terrace is lovely in the evenings - and the lobby bar and restaurant is timeless. Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially Borja on your arrival or whatever you need during your stay. Would definitely stay here again.
