Hotel dengan WiFi di Valencia

Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit auf den Gast fixiert. Sei es Housekeeping, Frühstück und Rezeption. Alle sprechen auch Englisch. Es war alles perfekt sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schick, aber leider nicht alles praktisch (zu wenig Licht am Spiegel im Bad, zu kleiner Schrank und an die Lichtsteuerung muss man sich erst gewöhnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist total voll. Mir persönlich wäre weniger Angebot lieber und dafür eine bessere Qualität. Die Tomaten schmecken nach gar nichts - und das ausgerechnet in Valencia, wo die Tomaten angebaut werden. Die hartgekochten Eier waren eiskalt und das Rührei auch von schlechter Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man ist in der Altstadt und ganz in der Nähe bzw. vor dem Hotel halten die Buslinien zu den Stränden Malva-rosa (Linie 31) und Pinedo/Saller (Linie 24 und 25). Die Ubahn zum Flughafen ist auch in 5 Min. erreicht. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Staff were great. Location superb. Smallish pool but beach is only 30mins walk away. Rooms great and a great view from our balcony one the tenth floor. Didn't get breakfast there as there are plenty restaurants within five minutes walk. Only slight downside was the website which is a bit lacking in information

El personal súper amable, tanto la recepción como los camareros del restaurante. La habitación muy limpia y con detalles modernos. Se aseguraron que nuestra estadía sea satisfactoria, desde cuando llegas que te invitan un espumante de cortesía, hasta cuando te vas que te guardan las valijas. Volvemos seguro ! Gracias

Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk kerana pasport saya telah tamat tempoh 2 bulan. Saya sudah memperbaharuinya tetapi ia belum bersedia untuk diambil. Saya boleh renew padron saya di Sepanyol, saya boleh pergi dengan kereta api, saya boleh menginap di hotel lain..cuma tidak di sini. Dan kerana ini berlaku pada hari penginapan saya, saya tidak dapat bayaran balik. Saya meminta untuk menggunakan tandas dan Jonathan, lelaki di kaunter penyambut tetamu, mengiringi saya ke kafeteria, mendakwa bahawa dia perlu mencari sesuatu di atas sana, apabila dia jelas hanya memastikan saya tidak pergi ke bilik, kerana dia diminta bercakap dengan saya apabila saya keluar dari tandas. Sangat tidak hormat dan mengganggu. Saya benar-benar berasa didiskriminasi dan diganggu untuk sesuatu yang telah saya bayar. Saya minta maaf kerana memanggil anda keluar, Jonathan, dan saya faham anda menjalankan tugas anda, tetapi saya meminta untuk bercakap dengan pengurus anda dan anda tidak menghubunginya, dan saya pasti tugas anda bukan untuk membuat orang rasa seteruk yang saya rasa. Terima kasih atas pengalaman yang luar biasa. Yang ikhlas, Hampir tetamu dengan trauma yang cukup kerana dasar dan birokrasi yang usang.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Hospes Palau de la Mar. The hotel is in a very convenient position within walking distance to everything, close to bus stops and the Metro. All the staff were fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. We were absolutely delighted to discover we had a private terrace with two chairs and a table; what a bonus! The decor was super, just white walls and dark wood, all in keeping with the lovely building. It was clean, quiet, great shower…..I simply can’t fault it. We made use of the pool, which is small but perfect for a refreshing dip (book in with the reception staff). We had a great stay in Valencia, it’s an interesting and very beautiful city. We felt safe everywhere we went and were impressed with everyone’s friendliness. Highly recommended.

We have initially booked hotel for 3 people (2 adults +1 child) but reservation was done for a classic room for 2 people maximum, so we had to additionally pay 80 euro for 2 nights for our daughter during check in to hotel. Unexpectedly and very disappointingly! So, in fact we paid too much for staying in this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and nice looking, we were at 7th floor. Also a cleaner was passing through the room every day and the room was always in sparkling condition. The location is perfect just around 30 minutes walking to the historic part of the city

Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

At the last minute as all of Spain is exploding with tourists, we decided to tour Valencia. Our travel agency in the town where we were staying, found this gem of a hotel. The front desk personnel are wonderful. The room decor takes getting used to,but is clean and contemporary. It even has a plastic laundry bag, our first in Spsin. My only complaint is that all we had was a top sheet with no summer bedspread or light blanket. It was hot enough to use the very efficient aircondioner so uncomfortably cool. Breakfast is in shifts and ok, but not outstanding. However, it is a two star hotel, bordering on 3 star for me.
