Hotel Dengan Kolam di Louisiana, Amerika Syarikat

I was nervous because I'm not much of a hotel person due to bad experiences overtime, but I was relieved!! It was clean and the staff was kind! Parking was easy! Peaceful!! I would definitely recommend a stay at this location and I will return!!

Kami menempah hotel dengan melihat bahawa ia mempunyai 4 bintang, ada kolam renang dan senarai kemudahan mengatakan ada ketuhar dan microwave untuk bilik. Saya dapat memberitahu anda bahawa ketika kami sampai di sana, kami pasti terkejut dan tidak dengan cara yang baik. Kolam itu ditutup walaupun mereka meletakkan papan tanda di pintu terima kasih kepada orang-orang yang tinggal sejauh 6 kaki. Saya tidak faham bagaimana anda boleh berada sejauh 6 kaki jika anda tidak dapat masuk ke kawasan kolam renang, apalagi kolam itu sendiri. Sebab lain mengapa kami sangat tidak senang adalah kerana kami membawa makanan beku yang diharapkan dapat memanaskannya dan tidak ada ketuhar, atau microwave di dalam bilik. Untuk hotel bertaraf 4 bintang yang tidak masuk akal! Selain itu, hotel ini melakukan beberapa program bantuan COVID-19 yang dalam perjalanannya sangat bagus kerana fakta bahawa New Orleans adalah kawasan yang miskin, tetapi mereka tidak memberitahu kami ketika kami menempah bilik dan di luar hotel ini penuh dengan gelandangan dan yang lain hanya duduk merokok dan minum di kedua-dua pintu di luar dan berkeliaran di lobi. Saya dan suami sangat tidak senang dan walaupun hotel memberi mereka makanan dan air, mereka membuat tempat di mana orang pasti akan dijangkiti virus itu sekiranya mereka tidak cukup berhati-hati atau jika ada orang yang mengalaminya. Sekiranya kita kembali ke New Orleans, kita tidak akan tinggal di sana.

Poor Rooms, Poor Service, Poor Experience To begin, we made reservations over 6 months in advance for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival date to request an early check in due to coming from out of town and needing to freshen up for the wedding rehearsal. We were told that it was unlikely we could get into our room before 4 pm due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and needing to get the rooms cleaned. I say this to note that when we checked into our room after 5 pm on the arrival date, the air conditioner in our suite did not work. One would think that if the suite were booked the night before, the facility would know the air conditioner was broken and would have arranged to have it fixed or move us to another suite. Alas, no, we were told there was no one to call to fix the AC and the suggestion was that we leave the balcony door open overnight (in warm, humid New Orleans?!). We asked to be moved. We were moved to a room from the suite. In the room, the television did not work. We were told that ”people don't come there to watch television”. We had a little time to kill between events and would have liked to watch tv. They said they did not have cable and usually have Roku devices hooked up to the tv, but that someone must have ”taken” the remote control and they did not have extras. We asked for our bill (we paid for the suite 6 months in advance) to be adjusted and that we be refunded the difference in price from the suite to the room. We are still waiting for the refund over 2 weeks later. What should have been a fun and relaxing time, was met with frustration and discomfort at every turn. Another member of our wedding party had rented an apartment unit and also did not have air conditioning. One would think that they would have checked the basics before we checked in. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Good location for those who wants to visit the main atraction of NOLA , French Quarter ! Good european breakfast.

This was a stop over as our train stopped for the night in New Orleans and was to leave out in the morning. We arrived very late as our train had been delayed and staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was quite comfortable. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which we would have greatly appreciated. We had to be up early to catch our train and we were unable to have a hot breakfast due to the lack of the microwave. Other than that, everything was fine. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

酒店總體性質比是不錯的，包早餐，租了一室大床房，有電爐、冰箱、咖啡機、微波爐、一點點餐具，適合一家三口而且喜歡自己煮東西吃的人，但是不好的是這種房型不是每天都會搞衛生的，免費要5天才來一次，其他要收費，我也是住了第二天才發現這情況，沙發好似有蟲子咬，其他衛生都可以

Hotel ini sangat bagus tetapi bilik mandi boleh dikemas kini! Bilik mandi dan tab mandi adalah sekolah lama! Tetapi secara keseluruhannya ruang yang hebat untuk percintaan dan pasangan! Pemandangan itu hebat!

No issues with noise, temperature control, or location.

Great location to LSU. Was in town for SEC Championships. Hotel was clean and very nice. Excellent service. Easy check in and out process. Only drawback is houskeeping did not bring fresh towels for our 2 day stay. Had to go down and get towels upon return at midnight.

Lobby was almost as hot as it was outside, restaurant/ bar was located in the same area, sweating while eating just doesn’t work for me. Door to the room stuck so bad had to use your shoulder to open it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the snack selection downstairs consisted of cliff bars and some kind of cookie.. woke up early by talking outside my door, when I got out of bed to go use the bathroom after being woke up I walked through wet carpet and a half flooded room from a water leak. The rest of the morning until I left I got to listen to a shop vac run. Checked out and mentioned the flooding I got a head shake then asked if there was a discount for the flooding. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party but would have the manager call me. Still waiting on that call…….. I’m a Hilto owner and it’s ashamed I can book a room cheaper through Trip than I can Hilton

I booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. As Elite member, I also shocked about the response from the hotel...nobody called, nobody cared....will not booked here again (either business or private).
