Easy to use Trip.com app/site. Got a good rate, room was large and roomy! Bed could have been more comfortable. More pillows would have been better, too
The pool and jacuzzi area were nice. However, the jacuzzi was not hot it was more of a heated pool experience with bubbles! The slide was closed šŖ the attendant said it hasn't been on all summer! Except when the pool is closed to circulate the water. We were very disappointed!

Everything was up to par at this hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. My room also had a view. My bed was comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed my stay. I didnāt have any problems. The staff was very polite and professional upon booking. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Canāt say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I canāt wait itās going to be absolutely perfect. Weāve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthonyās. Iām sure it will be nothing short of amazing.ļæ¼

They're the best here!!!! This is my favorite spot in the area!!!! The service is excellent! Brandi is the best, she is awesome!!!! The have hot breakfast here too! The waffles are my favorite!

Enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

Given this precedent, the rationale behind assigning me this room remained perplexing.
Exhausted from my fourteen-hour transcontinental journey, I consented to their improvised solution of dampening the mechanism with paperāa stopgap measure that provided temporary relief. Nevertheless, this cursory fix merely underscores the necessity for proper mechanical intervention before subsequent guests are subjected to similar circumstances.

VVanessa RatcliffWhen I entered the room, the undeniable smell of urine perfumed the air. I looked for the source and, while getting in bed, I found it. It was the MATTRESS!!!!! I ask to place us in another room, which was accompanied with an apology. In the other room, it smelled less urine-like. YET, I lifted the blanket and noticed 2 DIRTY, I MEAN DIRTY, SOCKS that had been there since who-knows-when!!!!! This meant that the sheets were not cleaned, either!!!! We had to leave!!! This was an emergency trip and we will NEVER go here again!!!

MMadison Carolyn KateCheck in was easy and staff was friendly. The hotel is only a 5 min drive from the airport. They have a shuttle that goes to/from the airport every hour. You will need to call or email after booking to get the shuttle times if you plan to use it.

GGuest UserRoom was clean, spacious. Reception was quick but did not inform us that daily housekeeping would NOT be done.
The hotel had a pool area but we were not informed that there was a charge for it.
We had a lap next to the bed that was not working. An evening maintenance person had to replace the whole fixture, the way it was mounted he was not able to secure the new fixture completely and he said the day maintenance crew would take care of it. Never got done even though we told the front desk about the situation.
We had a drawer on the dresser that insisted on opening itself about four inches. The night maintenance man attempted to fix it but was unable to accomplish it, so he said he would leave a note for the day maintenance crew to attend to it. Never happened.
Hair dryer had some sticky stuff all over the handle.
Many of the retail areas were not open Tuesday and Wednesday. Their weekend. Just happened to be the days we were there.
****** was large enough with plenty of machines.
There is an event center but nothing was scheduled. There were no nightly entertainment as in other ******s.

GGuest UserWe booked this trip for a birthday treat. We thought the room was spacious, clean & had a massive TV. We had a bath & shower & a king sized bed. Itās next to Bourbon Street so loud music but earplugs are supplied. Reception staff are extremely helpful & provide recommended restaurants & places that deliver food to the hotel
We didnāt use the gym or pool but would highly recommend this hotel for location. 5 mins from the Mississippi River
