One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

De kamer was ruim,schoon en redelijk gefaciliteerd.We misten een koelkastje,een kluis en het was fijn geweest als we een douche hadden gehad ipv een bad. Very good hotel. I really recommend it. We stayed here for a few days and everything was excellent. From the cleanliness to the service. The room is small but has everything you need. If you want more size you can book different room categories. The staff is really professional and always willing to help you with city recommendations, restaurant reservations, they even booked a private tour for us. You can buy tickets for the tourist bus at the reception desk and they recommend a bike rental store that they always work with and is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. Valencia is a great city for bicycles. The location is FANTASTIC, right in the center, in the commercial street of Valencia and really close to everything. They have a small rooftop bar with great cocktails. The breakfast is excellent, very varied, with hot options that are cooked for you on the spot! We will definitely come back!

Great location, really close to all important city points. Hotel is not too big, what was good. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and cozy room with a small balcony and bathroom. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee.

Stayed for 3 nights on a B&B basis . Check in was quick and desk clerk v friendly. Location is excellent, right on a shopping street with a supermarket and metro station opposite. Taxi rank also opposite in front of the shopping center. A quick walk brought you to the main squares with gorgeous bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the beach. Stayed in room 101 which was v clean, beds v comfortable and pillows good. Mattresses encased in a metal frame which was V close to the wall and we banged our legs off it every time. V little space between the bed and wall with TV on. Right beside the lift and stairs. V noisy A/C. Bathroom lovely, shower excellent but the sink was in the bedroom as opposed to being in the bathroom. Room V dark with no natural light. Soundproofing excellent, we heard no noise from the street below, wardrobes are these new modern type so lots of open shelves but nowhere to hang a dress or long shirt. Safe and fridge with products to buy but we filled it with water and wine. Breakfast fine, fresh eggs, hams, cheeses etc. Something for everyone. We stayed as a group of 8 and were able to find space to sit together in the back room beside the kitchen. Staff were excellent. For the price and location I would return but I would prob upgrade to a better room.

La habitación muy acogedora, la cama redonda súper cómoda y todo bastante limpio. Volveré sin duda. Calidad precio bien. Es verdad que eché de menos a alguién en recepción porque al llegar sentí que estaba haciendo un Skaperoom para encontrar la llave pero bueno me pareció divertido.

We had room 3 with a balcony overlooking the square. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was a self serve in the shared area. Entry was via key codes sent by email One minor comment was that on the last day of our 5 day stay we were told we couldn’t take breakfast in the breakfast area as we hadn’t reserved a table. At no time were we asked to make reservations and I suspect it was to appease a large family group. Either way please make sure all guests understand the breakfast arrangements. That being said I would recommend a stay here

My sister and I have just returned from a four night stay in the Helen Berger. This is a small hotel situated about five minutes walk from the old town of Valencia. The rooms are modern, with lovely bathrooms. Huge credit to the cleaning staff as they maintain the rooms to an exceptional standard. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Daniel... It is an expensive hotel. Costing almost €190 per night without breakfast. That said you will enjoy a stay here very much. The bar/restaurant is very popular with both guests and locals which is always a good sign. Perhaps a little noisy when early morning deliveries are being made... Overall we had a really nice stay in a really nice hotel.
