It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

Het hotel is schoon,netjes en het front desk personeel en bij het ontbijt heel klantvriendelijk en servicegericht. De kamer was ruim,schoon en redelijk gefaciliteerd.We misten een koelkastje,een kluis en het was fijn geweest als we een douche hadden gehad ipv een bad. De waterkoker,de verduisteringsgordijnen en de stopcontacten waren prima. Ontbijt lekker uitgebreid en netjes.

silver wedding anniversary stay and was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Staff very friendly and although restaurant staff didn’t speak that much english nothing was too much trouble for them. Maitre De was amazing . Bar prices very reasonable and great location - would 100% recommend

This is a gem of a hotel providing excellent service in a modern environment and exceptional value for money. The hotel is a neat idea being built into an old building but providing new, clean rooms - clever design and great re-purposing of the building. Taxi cost around €25 from the airport. Rooms were clean with a very comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was better than I expected - it was well presented and had good choice. One of our party requires gluten free but she had no problem finding something suitable each day. The staff even went out of their way to find black tea bags to satisfy English tastes! The staff are great - all young providing a friendly, polite and professional service. The location is fantastic - only 15 mins walk from the cathedral, Turia garden is across the road and metro station (line 4) is 5 mins away which takes you directly to the beach. We walked everywhere (except to the beach) including to the City of Art and Science (easy to find by walking through Turia garden and following it round. For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.

We were very impressed when we arrived at the apar**ent. The apar**ent was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent. My son loved having his own room and space. We ate out at the square for breakfast which was a few minutes walk away would highly recommend the cafes on the square. We never had anyone come and make up our room whilst we stayed not sure if they should have or not but it wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately on checking out we left my sons Samsung headphones outside the safe in the wardrobe, we didn't realise until we were eating breakfast, so a quick trip back to the apar**ents and very helpful reception staff took us back to the apar**ent but the room had already been cleaned by the cleaners and no headphones in sight. They asked the cleaners if they had found them and they said no. We know exactly where we left them so someone had definitely taken them. The reception staff were very helpful and even took me down to shake out where the old sheets were just to see if they had been left on the bed. We are 100% sure they were left near the safe. It was a sad end to an excellent stay at this property as someone was being dishonest, and it ruined our last few hours in Valencia. It was our fault as we left them in the room but you would have thought someone would have had the decency to own up to taking them when cleaning the room. Apart from that I would recommend this accommodation as it is very clean great location. Just make sure your valuable are locked up when not in the room, ad that you take everything on your departure.

La cosa positiva è la posizione: vicinissimo alla cattedrale, al mercato centrale...posizione ottima. Valencia si gira bene a piedi quindi questo hotel è buono per muoversi facilmente e raggiungere i posti da visitare. E' un hotel per chi si accontenta e non pretende molto. Fortunatamente la stanza era abbastanza pulita e soprattutto non avevo le cimici nel letto o scarafaggi, cosa che temevo dopo aver letto le recensioni di altri viaggiatori. Bagno da rifare completamente, doccia aperta senza tende quindi se si usa, il bagno si allaga. Io non l'ho usata. Staff gentile. Non credo tornerò in questo hotel, andrebbe rinnovato completamente, ma il mio voto è la sufficienza per la posizione centrale.

The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it. The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia. Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera. The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.

For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.
