One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

瓦倫西亞雖然不是個熱門旅遊城市，但是這家酒店的服務人員真的超級熱情，從怎麼租自行車，到哪裡去吃飯，怎麼走參觀路線……貼心為你想好。因為這家酒店的服務也更喜歡這個城市。酒店的房間非常的有特色，浴池很大，泡澡的時候相當的舒服，洗漱用品也很贊，房間裏的飲品隨便喝，總之如果再來這裏肯定還會入住，全部滿分！

酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

Het hotel is schoon,netjes en het front desk personeel en bij het ontbijt heel klantvriendelijk en servicegericht. De kamer was ruim,schoon en redelijk gefaciliteerd.We misten een koelkastje,een kluis en het was fijn geweest als we een douche hadden gehad ipv een bad. De waterkoker,de verduisteringsgordijnen en de stopcontacten waren prima. Ontbijt lekker uitgebreid en netjes.

silver wedding anniversary stay and was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Staff very friendly and although restaurant staff didn’t speak that much english nothing was too much trouble for them. Maitre De was amazing . Bar prices very reasonable and great location - would 100% recommend

Very bad experience. We booked this room directly with the hotel. We asked for a quiet room, and they offered us a room facing a backyard, avoiding the noise of the street. We have been other times in rooms that face a courtyard, the views are usually not good but they tend to have less noise. But this room (105, as well as 205 and 305) have only one small window to a extremely narrow courtyard of barely 1 m. X 1 m., which means that hardly any light enters and gives a very unpleasant feeling of confinement. You can check the attached photo, which is taken at 10 in the morning. With hardly any light, and a strong musty smell, we found it terrible to stay in that room for 4 days and insistently asked to change rooms, even if we had to pay a supplement, but the staff insisted that the hotel was full and that it wasn’t possible. However, the day after our arrival we could see that several guests were leaving the hotel, but they still confirmed that they could not change us. To make matters worse, through the courtyard facing the window there were two large ventilation pipes that made noise, so the room was not even quiet: we had to ask them to turn ventilation off at night, and they turned them back on very early in the morning, so we hardly could rest. On the other hand, the room lacks cleanliness and maintenance, as can be seen in the photos. The TV barely had selected Spanish channels. The staff is friendly, but they don't solve your problems. I've never been to a worse place, and I don't recommend it.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Valencia. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accompanying, beautiful hotel and couldn't wish for a better location! Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

Kanak-kanak di bilik sebelah dapat mendengar dengan jelas jika mereka mengeluarkan suara. Tidak ada kipas pengudaraan di bilik mandi utama, jadi ia sering basah. Lokasinya sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan dua stesen keretapi, hanya sepuluh minit berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar, dan stesen kereta bawah tanah tidak jauh.

Estancia del 17 al 21 ( 4 noches ) Reserva apartamento estándar, para 2 personas, con 2 camas A nuestra llegada, nos dicen que es un dormitorio con cama de 135 cm, sin otra opción.¿de verdad par 2 personas que no comparten cama?...lo solucionan abriendo sofá cama... De risa, pago 2 camas...tendrían que haberme cobrado precio de 4 noches en 1 sofá, y precio de 4 noches en 1 cama Preguntando si todos los apartamentos para 2 son iguales la respuesta es que si, no hay ninguna con 2 camas, aún publicitando lo contrario en su web( a menos que sea una reserva para 3, en cuyo caso si hay disponibilidad de 2 camas, y evidentemente el precio se encarece ) Por favor, renueven ustedes sus camas...las de 135 cm ya han quedado obsoletas, y vayan alternando habitaciones con cama de 150 cm con otras de 2 camas Por lo demás, cama ruidosa toda la noche,aislamiento acustico deficiente...insufrible!! limpieza y ubicación, aceptables Nota general 4/ 10 Primera y ultima vez, no volveré a poner los pies, ni muchísimo menos lo recomendare Publicidad engañosa respaldada y justificada con el * (según disponibilidad )y ninguna predisposición por parte del personal, en un intento de solución
