Decent hotel, with an excellent location in the historic area of the city. Everything was very clean, our room was nice but with a view of a dreary side street unfortunately. Strange that absolutely amenities were provided, not even bottled water…. The mini bar was empty, and there weren’t any usb outlets anywhere in the room. Friendly staff at the reception who speak English and French. Wi-Fi was not working during our 1 night there

Nos hemos hospedado en este hotel en nuestra reciente visita a Valladolid entre el 6 y el 8 d Octubre.. y la verdad que todo perfecto. Ubicación inmejorable.. yo y mi mujer vamos d visita gastrocultural y te queda todo a mano.. pense que en Coruña teniamos bares pero veo que en Valladolid hay mas...trato de todo el personal excelente.. El patio sensacional p tomar algo de tarde sin que te claven una barbaridad.. y sin que parezca un patio d colegio... y en general todo muy bien volveremos seguro en nuestra próxima escapada.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ubicado en la misma avenida que la Feria de Muestras de Valladolid, con parada de bus urbano enfrente. Andando hay un paseo largo al centro de la ciudad. Habitación amplia con cama individual doble. Escritorio, mueble calzador y minibar dentro de la habitación. Baño grande con bañera, bidé, secador. Perfecto para estancias cortas. Personal de recepción amable. Estilo del hotel moderno, con bar y restaurante en pisos inferiores. Limpieza exquisita. Quizás la única pega es el ruido proveniente de la calle en sábado noche al estar cerca una zona de ocio. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

Rude staff. Nothing else to say, but that is enough to me. I will not recommend it. There is plenty of places where you can stay with a much nicer service in Valladolid. Next time I will check on the comenta first dice I am not the first person complaining about it.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you
