We were served wonderful hospitality in OM Vilas Benares Resort This is Best Hotel/Resort in Varanasi We stayed there 2 Night with friends and Family we loved the Restaurant and the food also room is spacious and clean lobby is very much stylish and resort is completely decor with Nice flowers and green garden they maintained it very well and staff is very nice and supportive

The hotel staff was not cooperative at all. They were not allowing the zomato food guy in the room and not cooperative during billing

The hotel was decent but not as per expectation with the price paid. First of all, check-in & check-out policy of the hotel is not at all transparent. In mmt, check-in time is mentioned as after 2 pm, which can be anything as per hotel's mood. I had called the hotel before my journey several times for arranging early check-in, but they provided the rooms after 2 pm. Receptionist was not well-behaved. Nothing was on time there.

The location of the property is good and you can easily get e rikshaw right outside from the hotel to godowlia chowk. There is a restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel. The food was really good. However, the waiting time for the food was approx 30 mins ( reason for the delay was also understandable that they create the food based on the order only no pre made food ) hotel room was neat and clean and service was also good. Hotel room was little small considering the price.

Some staff (specially day staff) when i stay were very good and supportive where as some staff are rude (specially night staff when i stay. From temple point of view the location is close. Nearby lots of local food shops are available. The are area is terrible during rush hour. Heavy traffic and narrow street but i think there is no other way to reach temple other than taking the street. Overall i had a mixed experience. Check-in and checkout were very smooth. Hotel guard and staff helped a lot to luggage transfer and arranging in car.

Good hotel near ghat I love my stay at hotel Shivoy Grand & good also very good I went to temple at 3 am they support me to get my taxi and very good service with all facilities I will tell once visited the hotel .

Average Stay. We had 5 rooms The lady at the reception tried to charged us a food bill which was used by some other guests staying in the room. We booked 5 rooms but the reception guy did not allot us 2 rooms till night when we asked they said we have allotted 2 room already but in reality they allotted those to some other new guests under our name which was really surprising. Then they allotted us a room which was not cleaned and was very dirty. Food Prices as per menu were on higher side, we did not tried. Water Kettle was dirty, could not use it. Hotel is around 1.6 km away from Centre, require Toto/Auto which charged 150 bucks. An very average experience.

Hotel location is good, close to gadowlia market yet not too close such to live in all hustle bustle. The room size was decent for two person and were clean enough to stay. Morning breakfast was very quite good. I would like to appreciate the hotel guard as he was honest to his job and treat every person coming in rightly.
