We recently stayed at Om Villas Benaras as a group of eight members for 2 days in July 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well by the reception team, including Ritika, Abhishek, Vishal, and Vivek. A special mention goes to the pandit who welcomed us with a tika and rudraksha, adding a pleasant traditional touch to our arrival. The support staff took us on a beautiful buggy ride to our luxurious tent house. Though we missed some names, their assistance was much appreciated. The cleaning staff, including Jitendra, Kanno, Jiyia, and Kamlesh Kumar, did an excellent job in maintaining the facility, ensuring it was always spotless and comfortable. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed three buffet meals during our stay. The food quality was outstanding, earning a 5-star rating. The staff service and ambience also impressed us, each deserving a solid 4-star rating. We are particularly grateful to Mr. Ajay Yadav, the manager, who took special care to ensure our stay was memorable. Additional thanks to Ajay, Shivam, and Omprakash for their exceptional service. Overall, our experience at Om Villas Benaras was delightful, thanks to the entire team's efforts. It's impossible to mention everyone by name, but please know that your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the wonderful hospitality and look forward to visiting again. Beautiful lodges in a perfect setting. Manicured gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff are lovely and the food is very typically Indian and plentiful with a good choice. The hotel is the perfect antidote to the madness of Varanasi.

We stayed there for 2 nights during Diwali and on paper it looked idyllic. How different the reality was! They had only a few tourists such as us and were clearly setting up for a business conference/exhibition a few days later. There was the sound of building work going on from early morning until well after dark. How anyone could consider this peaceful and relaxing is beyond me. I complained 5 times, and each time was assured it would be dealt with (but it wasn't). I finally managed to speak to the site director who said "Give me 15 minutes and I'll fix it". And to be fair she did - until they started again at 6am the next day. Fortunately we were checking out. The service in the restaurant was appalling - we waited almost 45 minutes to get a beer while there were 8 or 10 staff standing around chatting. My advice on staying at this hotel is don't. It makes Fawlty Towers look peaceful and relaxing.

Safe, nice and comforting. Vaziri is a must visit. Liked the food, especially the lunch. Thanks Ritika for the easy checkin and checkout experience, and letting me use the board room. Kids enjoyed the park and the greenery. Wish you lots of continued success.

The campus, field, room and bathrooms were so neat and clean staffs were very polite to us food was very tasty break-fast, lunch and dinner all of them were so good we have enjoyed a lot in the pool good job impressive we have so good experience in the hotel 💯👍👏

Beautiful grounds, comfortable cottages, wonderful food and excellent service. Our stay at OM Vilas was a nice respite from the bustling crowds of downtown Varanasi. We were here as part of a larger group and were all able to either join together or rest separately for a nice break.

The experience was very good. The property gives feel a luxurious stay. The main thing I liked was ... environment was very quiet and the whole ambience was filled with greenery. Maintenance was very good from in to out. The whole staff was very polite and humble. We had a great variety of food in dinner and breakfast. The WAZIRI bar was awesome and great choice of fresh beer 🍺 . Overall the stay was satisfying and heartly I want to thanks Mr. Priyesh ji, front desk Manager. , who always supported us and made our stay comfortable. Must visit everyone.

I really enjoyed going there. I want to go there again. It was a great experience.The food is very good there. The rooms were very good. We stayed there with our family for two days. Everyone should come here once.Area kafi bada hai. swimming pool bhi bahut accha hai.
